Excellent hotel across the street from a new Wanda Shopping Mall. It's modern, clean, and friendly. The breakfast is good serving both western and Chinese style food. The coffee is delicious, and the floor managers give excellent service. The front desk is very helpful and friendly. This is our second time to stay there, but it will not be our last. Oh... The bed is very comfortable. I'm not sure I ever turned over the first night we slept there.

What an amazing experience. Customer service is great; the staff speaks English, the breakfast and coffee was great, the room was great, and the hotel was not far from There's Starlight restaurant, the Spicy Chicken and Coconut Latte is amazing. Say hello to the Bell Hop (I forgot his name🤪) he's a great guy.

We stayed here for one night because our earlier reservation at another hotel was cancelled because they would not allow foreigners to come due to the pandemic. So we booked this place at short notice. Since is a Sheraton-branded hotel we did not have to think long: you know that you can expect excellent service and cleanliness. The hotel is in the city centre and located directly opposite the "Wanda Plaza" shopping centre with many places to eat if you do not want to do so in the hotel. Parking on the hotel compound is free of charge.

難得途徑錦州，選了錦州唯一的五星級酒店。下午六點多到達，因為是一家三口直接被升級了行政樓層。房間夠大衞生也不錯，服務態度也很認真高效，對得起喜來登的品牌。
也有幾點遺憾：
1、泡澡時發現沒有浴鹽，經詢問是近期沒補貨；
2、地面免費停車場基本沒有管理，有些混亂；
3、早餐98一位，牛角包很一般，其他西點麪包也馬馬虎虎，皮蛋瘦肉粥比較稀。
總之服務很好，硬件配套有提高空間。

建築摩登，房間寬敞明亮，舒適。從房間內即可觀賞美景。符合喜來登的標準。對面就是購物中心，購物餐飲很方便。美中不足的是旅遊假期人多，早餐的體驗感不好。

29日下午2點多，入住錦州喜來登，定了2間房，車停地上，酒店設計很有特色，中空，遠遠的對面望去，地上有金色的麥穗，恐高人員一直貼着房間走…發現自己腳下的地毯是麥子狀植物圖案，很美！
房間還可，乾淨整齊，雖然不多，但是用2個推拉玻璃門隔開浴室和衞生間，私密性也可滿足。
空調設定看不太懂，還好夜無噪音也不冷不熱。
但隔音一般，半夜睡的時候，隔壁小孩兒哭，很明顯。第二天早餐，2個盤子的食物和咖啡，吃了不到一半，去拿別的食物，回來桌子空空…
退房很快，服務熱情。沒去泳池等。

住過最差的五星級酒店。
錦州室外35度，酒店房間內空調跟壞了一樣，白天室內有28度。
下午2點辦理入住，告知沒有房間。要等半小時，我留下手機號，3點了還沒有人聯繫我。我又折返，告訴已經收拾好，忘通知了！我白白在外面挨熱，一點補救措施沒有，也沒有給升級房間，管理散漫，毫無星級酒店樣子！
