Ctrip booked a room and charged, but when I checked in, I couldn't stay because I was not a resident of my country. Later, I was lucky that the brother of a resident was present at that time, so I barely solved the difficulties. Otherwise, I could not stay temporarily, which may cause great trouble and inconvenience. I traveled in various countries in the world and never encountered such unreasonable check-in requirements that do not receive foreign guests, not to mention that Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents are all nationals. When Ctrip logs in to the hotel, it should clearly indicate the hotel's check-in requirements.
