The staff was really friendly amd helpful. Although they couldn't understand English we manage to communicate with the translation app. The facilities are clean but some of the stuff are old like the slippers and the robes need to be changed. The beds are not the most comfortable and directions around the resort are not the easiest to get around, I think they can put more clear signs up where to go. The hot springs are nice place too relax and it's well looked after. It's open from 12pm-12am and the the entrance fee -158 yuan. Inside you can buy snacks or go for a massage at the SPA at an extra cost.

The hotel room didn’t include toothbrushes or shampoo. The shower leaked through the bottom of the glass and created a huge puddle. We called reception but the number on trip was for the hotel across the road. Overall we had a good stay, the views made up for the rest.
