Rosewood Jinhua Hotel

The hotel was clean and hygienic, and the front desk staff had a great attitude. Parking was convenient with a free parking lot, and there was also a self-service laundry room and umbrellas available. The room was quiet. Overall, my stay was excellent, and I'll definitely be back next time. Highly recommend it!

I have to give this hotel a huge thumbs up! The hotel has an elegant environment and exquisite decor. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are excellent. The air conditioning and heating are great, showing attention to detail. The breakfast is also delicious and offers a wide variety of choices. The restaurant staff are very friendly, and the receptionist's service is impeccable. The front desk even provides thoughtful little items like alcohol wipes and nail clippers, making me feel right at home. I will definitely choose this hotel again!

The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing quick check-in and resolving any issues promptly. The front desk offers a self-service snack bar, including Jinhua's signature shortbread. During our summer stay, we received complimentary popsicles, while in winter, we enjoyed brewed tea and warm mineral water – very thoughtful touches. The room's decor is minimalist, appealing to young people. The rooms are impeccably clean and tidy. The facilities are comprehensive; I especially loved the smart toilet with a heated seat, preventing it from feeling icy in winter. The breakfast is delicious, a buffet with a wide variety of options, including Jinhua's signature radish and meat dumplings – particularly tasty. Check-out time is also very convenient, at 2 PM, so there's no worry about oversleeping or running out of time. This is truly a hidden gem of a hotel; the overall experience was excellent, making guests feel truly at home.

Very bad. The toilet seat in the room had urine stains, and the receptionist's tone was very rude when they called to deliver water. Oh well, it's National Day after all.

I have to say, this hotel is amazing! There's a bar at the front desk, a camping area, and a fantastic swimming pool. My girlfriend loved it. The breakfast auntie's food was also delicious—really delicious! 👍

This is my second time staying here! I discovered something new this time – a robot delivers food to your room! I didn't even know that last time I didn't order takeout, haha! The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the room was as clean and comfortable as ever – that's exactly what a hotel should be like! There's an outdoor swimming pool outside the front desk, and the water is clean. If you have kids, they can go for a swim. When I checked out at noon, the front desk let me take some water and offered me a popsicle – the service was impeccable! Choose this hotel when you come to Jinhua! You won't regret it! 🤭

The service was good, the hotel scenery was nice, the facilities were complete, the lobby was large, the front desk service was smooth and helpful, check-in was quick, the rooms were clean, the hotel was great, the bed was large, the bathroom was dry, parking was convenient, the parking lot was large, and laundry was convenient.

At night, the child was playing on the bed and was scratched by the glass plate on the bed back. His fingers were cut three times. This design does pose a safety hazard. The hotel needs to pay attention. There are two deep cuts. I asked the front desk to get iodine that night. The front desk lady was very helpful and delivered it to the door. The hotel also gave an explanation on how to compensate. If the child grabbed it harder, I guess his fingers would be cut.
