The exposure to smoke was horrible. We got no smoking rooms, but the smoke from nearby smoking rooms drifted in and was so bad it woke us up at night.
Breakfast was ok, but for an international hotel did not offer much that I was used to.
The rooms did not have coffee, only tea bags.
Wifi at the hotel was not functional.

房間很大，很乾凈。停車方便，早餐種類豐富。
到酒店的時間比較晚，前台小姐姐很熱情，還給我月餅吃，體驗感很棒。

早餐很好吃，青菜肉菜營養搭配，當地熱乾麪，襄陽牛肉麪，港式蒸，鳳爪，排骨很全很好吃。客房楊鳳很給力，服務熱情，房間問，缺不缺東西，前台姜美女熱情周到，處處提醒安排，來的早，及時安排入住，很贊，早餐過飯點了，還主動安排做一些，做麪條的姐姐反覆徵詢口味，建議怎麼吃好吃，每個人都很有愛，給人很温暖，當然房間去年剛好，設施很先進高檔，全套科樂衞浴，這麼大浴缸也是。中式實木傢俱沙發，很大氣，樓層視野好，安靜衞生，安全，出行方便，很滿意，下次還會住的

和家人一起旅行到現在已經有近八千多公里了、在攜程上訂的酒店就有十幾家、這家酒店真的就是最好的、外觀和大堂非常大氣、豪華、前台服務人員非常有禮貌、服務態度特別好、辦理入住很快、酒店的停車場特別方便、地上、地下都可以停、非常適合自駕遊的朋友、酒店的房間衞生、環境很好、看的出清理的非常用心、床墊睡覺很舒適、特別值得一提的是早餐、雖然品種不是特別的多、但是該有的也都有了、個人感覺出品很好吃、服務員很有素養、熱情、指導客人選餐、服務特別周到、提一點建議、在出品方面多考慮一下不能吃辣椒的客人、總之、酒店的服務很贊、希望酒店能夠保持下去、下次還會繼續光臨、謝謝你們的服務、祝你們中秋節快樂！

酒店的環境硬件和服務軟件都非常贊！我們4月1日晚上十點了才到酒店，還沒吃飯，準備把南航飛機餐上領的包子找微波爐熱一下吃的，服務員楊鳳大姐説廚師下班了她就親自拿去蒸好了密封在保鮮飯盒中又送到房間給我們，非常温暖！

環境房間都很好，尤其是打掃房間太積極了，基本一天打掃兩遍。
前台服務也不錯，下次出差還來。
