第一次評價一家酒店，確實有幾點值得吐槽的地方。
首先是酒店的設施有很大的問題。
第一，空調打開之後顯示衹有“制熱”模式，沒有通風和製冷，20多度的天室內又悶又熱，體感起碼30度，白天待在裏面非常悶熱難受，開窗也於事無補。
第二，電視機操作極其複雜，兩個遙控器切換來切換去，沒有説明根本不會用，而且電視看到一半會突然自動切斷電源，之後無法再打開。
其次是酒店服務人員專業性的問題。
針對以上兩個設施問題，其實我都打電話問過酒店前台人員。
對於空調衹有“制熱”模式，他們的回答是空調在維修，叫我不要開。但實際上“制熱”模式下空調吹出來的並不是熱風，而是常温下的室外風。所以衹要打開空調，就相當於打開了“通風”模式，房間裏就不會這麼熱。但這點前台工作人員竟然不知道。
而關於電視機突然斷電，是房間電源系統的bug，衹要重新關閉一下總電源再打開，電視機就能正常打開了。這點前台人員也不清楚。
所以我是覺得既然酒店設施是有問題的，那至少應該在培訓前台人員時告知他們常見設施故障的解決方法，而不是等着客人自己去想辦法解決。
除此之外，衞生方面也有點小問題，桌子上有螞蟻。

房間很小，還有煙味，沒有窗户，和隔壁房間衹隔一個小過道，打開窗簾，相互對望，一清二楚，打開玻璃門甚至就可以串門，太缺乏安全感和私隱！空調和凈化器聲音也很大，一晚上都沒睡好。第二天就立即換了酒店。

非常差的一次住宿體驗，連續住了三天，要求更換床單，酒店直接忽視，不給更換。酒店位於十字路口，房間隔音差，早上來往車輛噪音很嚴重。
大廳客服人員對住宿人員很不尊重，交流的過程中，一直與其他人員嬉戲玩鬧，用當地的方言進行交流，直接忽視，兩分鐘的事，十多分鐘沒搞定。
總而言之，很差。

當天辦理入住，隨後開好房，又下去新增一天，及費用。第二天被通知出差結束，早上我去退房，然後開發票，我把公司抬頭寫好後，她問我是普票還是專票，第一次開發票，我問哪種開的多？她説普票。到這裏都沒問題。吃完早飯我在大廳沙發等同事，三個工作人員在那大聲討論，XXX公司一早來就退了房間，還不知道開什麼發票，還問是普票開的多還是專票開的多。完全不管沙發有人，我把頭扭過去看，他們絲毫沒有注意到那有人，而且談論的還是我自己。不知道這是凱里亞德德企業文化還是靖江客運站店的風氣，還是管理層管理的精妙之處。祝你們生意興隆。

酒店環境好，前台服務熱情周到，客房打掃及時高效，工作人員敬業能及時處理問題，設身處地為客人着想，早餐不錯，品種多，個人覺得性價比蠻高，一進酒店大廳很有檔次的感覺，裝飾很精緻，前台很熱情，房間看起來很清爽，乾淨整潔，這個酒店的服務很好有賓至如歸的感覺。

地理位置好，附近有標誌性建築，輕鬆好找。停車方便，停車場也大。內部環境挺不錯的，乾淨整潔，地毯軟軟的，很舒服，房間印象最深的是枕頭，睡的是真的舒服。工作人員也很熱情，前台姓姚的小姑娘辦事利索，笑容滿面的，怪可愛的！
