5/5PerfectWonderful hotel with very cosy and clean rooms in Thai style, very convenient location (close to all the walking streets, restaurants, night market), and very friendly and helpful personnel. My husband got a sudden allergic attack (he ate nuts by chance), and despite of the late time at night the receptionist girl found a car for us and arranged the driver to help us in the hospital and wait for us. We are very greatful and we definitely recommend this place!

4/5Very GoodGreat location, walking distance to the Giant Pagoda Temple and the famous night market. The hotel is traditional in design, so lots of wood. The room was a good size and the balcony with nice views was very pleasant. However it has seen better days I'm sure; it doesn't seem to be well maintained and the standard of cleaning is poor, especially if its a '5 diamond'. I was pleased that the room didn't smell of smoke which is a big plus here. It was quite noisy at times but this is down to inconsiderate guests rather than the hotel itself. Having said that it does benefit from being set back from busy roads, so there is no road noise which us a big plus. I didn't try breakfast because the hours were quite short (finished at 9am) - again, a 10am finish is more common. The room didn't have a safe as advertised. We'll stocked with toiletries and complimentary soft drinks and water are provided in the room. I would stay here again but not for the current price. I'd say its around 100Yuan per night over priced. Staff were very nice.

Nice Thai-style decor and excellent location! Has a really lovely pool but it is right next to the restaurant and has no lounge chairs or places to lay down. Friendly staff.
