Room: After turning off the air conditioning at night, there was a noticeable noise, indicating a faulty fan. An engineer came twice the next day and fixed it. However, upon returning to the hotel on the second night, I found that the shampoo and conditioner were missing. Did the housekeeping staff assume two women wouldn't need to wash their hair? Breakfast: Whether considering it as an InterContinental or a resort hotel in Xishuangbanna, the breakfast was too simple with very few options. Environment: The environment is indeed quite good. The hotel is large, and it's pleasant to take a walk around. Although it's been around for a while, it's still well-maintained.

Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive and the hotel is very family-friendly. Kids' amenities are already in the room, and you can request latex pillows for both children and adults, which makes sleeping much more comfortable. Hygiene: The room was cleaned promptly every day and kept spotless. Even when I forgot to put out the 'please clean' sign, they called to ask if cleaning was needed. Contrary to my expectations, there weren't many mosquitoes, and I wasn't bitten at all, which is incredibly important. Environment: It's a rainforest garden-style hotel with a shuttle service, or you can walk along the connecting corridor and enjoy the hotel's beautiful scenery. Service: They proactively contacted me before my stay to introduce the hotel's family activities schedule. They also checked if I was satisfied with the hotel and the food. When my child got acute gastroenteritis from eating sorbet at the botanical garden, they thoughtfully brought over some noodles, which was very heartwarming. My child also found the stay very comfortable.

This hotel is huge and perfect for a vacation. The environment inside is lovely, with lots of greenery, and it includes facilities for both children and adults, with plenty of things for kids to play with. The hotel facilities are also very comprehensive. The staff are very friendly. I'm very satisfied.

For a hotel that boasts 5A-grade luxury, my recent stay was exceptionally poor, completely failing to meet star-rated standards. The main issues revolved around the front desk and security staff's attitudes, which were consistently arrogant, cold, and utterly lacking in service awareness. The front desk service was arrogant and rude: When checking in or asking questions, the staff constantly scowled, spoke with impatience, and gave disdainful looks. They showed no initiative to help and exuded an air of superiority throughout. This was a complete departure from the professionalism and warmth expected of a luxury hotel. The security staff were haughty: When asking basic questions about parking or directions, the security guards were extremely arrogant, spoke brusquely, and were unresponsive, even showing signs of disdain. This lack of courtesy and professionalism from security personnel was completely inconsistent with the positioning of a 5A hotel. No matter how good the facilities are, poor service renders them meaningless. For a supposedly luxury service, they couldn't even manage basic respect. Their arrogant and cold attitudes made the experience extremely uncomfortable. I will definitely not stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone.

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless, with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and professional, and check-in was efficient and quick. Any requests were handled promptly. The hotel's location is superb, making travel convenient, and the surrounding amenities are comprehensive. The overall environment is cozy and elegant, offering incredible value for money. It's an excellent choice for accommodation when traveling, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The room was very spacious with excellent natural light and was super clean. They even provided fruit! The staff were incredibly responsive and accommodating, always replying promptly, even late at night. Overall, I was extremely satisfied. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the design is grand and very photogenic. I really didn't want to leave!

This is my second time celebrating the Water Splashing Festival in Xishuangbanna. I had such a great experience back in 2024 that I chose to stay at InterContinental again this year. It's true that the staff might have been a bit busier due to the peak Water Splashing Festival season, but the service quality and sincerity were still exceptional. I think for next year's Water Splashing Festival, if I'm not going to Thailand, I'll definitely be back to stay at the InterContinental in Xishuangbanna.

📍 Convenient location, very close to the airport and Gaozhuang. 🌴 Stunning environment, every photo is postcard-perfect, like living in a botanical garden. 🏊 Huge pool with a kids' water park, absolutely fantastic for families. 🍜 Rich breakfast, the Dai-style rice noodles were amazing. 🦚 You can see peacocks at the hotel, the kids loved it! Service was warm and attentive, rooms were comfortable and quiet. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Xishuangbanna! Highly recommend!👏

Terrible soundproofing! The guests staying there were really ill-mannered, just leaving their trash everywhere. The staff offered no service whatsoever. I stayed one night and fled, couldn't take it anymore! In the buffet restaurant, flies were buzzing all over the food, and the staff thought it was completely normal. When I asked them to change it, they acted like I was making a big deal out of nothing. Besides the convenient location, there's absolutely nothing good about this place!
