This is the first time I have such a bad experience! ! ! ! Outrageous! ! ! ! ! Family members, who can understand! ! When I woke up in the morning and was sleeping soundly, there was all the sound of training outside. I couldn't sleep at all. I didn't spend a penny on the training. It didn't stop at all. I couldn't sleep at all. I just took the training and it was not too much. At least there are some sound insulation measures. How can I give it? People go to hotels just for a comfortable environment. The sound insulation effect is so poor that it seriously affects normal rest! ! ! !

We stayed at this hotel first time for 5 nights, it was an excellent experience. the location was so convenient, close to all tourism spots and major public transports. Cao wenju, Wang hongxia and Zhang lingmei from housekeeping were extemely friendly and helpful. No. 4 Xiang jie from breakfast service was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. Wangxia and Xiaolin from reception were also very friendly and helpful. in general we loved staying here and will definately comeback and also recommend you to others.

Located next to Daguangyuan, lots of restaurants and street food delicacies. Professional, courteous and prompt front desk, housekeeping and dining service. Clean sheets, linens and towels. Toilet and bathroom are separate which is a plus for us. Room is clean and well soundproofed despite being at a busy intersection.There's a small gym and self service laundromat. Breakfast was great, good variety of local food, fruits, pastries, savories, especially like the noodles and pancakes cooked on the spot. Good value for a 4 star hotel! Highly recommended.

The location of the hotel is great. We went in April during Covid-19 restrictions, so the hotel was nearly empty maybe because of that the room was very cheap. The room was clean and the service staff was good can’t say the same about the front desk.
Overall it was a comfortable 2 days stay.

CCAPwangI came to Jinan on the weekend and originally booked an Intercontinental for two days. I checked out early and changed here because the service was not good. The front desk also upgraded the room type for free. The room is great👍🏻The overall service is very good, and it is close to the business district. It is very close to the ancient city, but the door is not open recently, and you need to go to the west gate to enter. The hotel opposite the hotel (the past of the city south), is more famous, the queue takes 30 minutes, 6:30 to queue for 30 minutes. And the sheep owner on the list, I have eaten it too.

GGuest UserI came from the airport late at night. The main reason is that it is very close to Jinan East Station and it takes five or six minutes to take a taxi. The mattresses and pillows of the all-season hotel have nothing to say, sleep very comfortable, breakfast is also very rich. When I checked out, I found that the ring could not be found. The front desk staff and the cleaning sister were busy all morning. They were very responsible and very enthusiastic (later found that the ring was in my other luggage)

LLEE SOYOUNGI loved that the accommodation was really clean! The facilities are really good, and the breakfast menu is also good. Before boarding the plane in Korea, the hotel called me and told me when I would be arriving and that I could request a pick-up when I arrived. I didn't have a Chinese phone number, but I was able to add the hotel's official account through WeChat, so I was able to talk comfortably. I was impressed!
If I come to Jinan Airport, I will definitely stay here!

Ssmail in your lifeAfter taking a vacation from Shanghai, I returned to the north, and my family and I made our first stop from north to south at Daming Lake in Jinan. I believe that everything in the world is the best arrangement, just like an encounter with Shangquan Lishequan Hotel! The wonderful time spent with loved ones is made possible by all the hotel staff’s dedicated efforts. Thank you very much! The hotel is located on the bank of Daming Lake. Just like the name of the hotel, it is full of poetic and picturesque cultural heritage. You can't help but feel the enthusiasm and responsibility of the hotel staff towards guests!
The long 9-hour self-driving trip made my 80-year-old mother very tired. The hotel reception prepared two adjacent rooms with Tatami view in advance. Just like the hospitable and conscientious service of the staff, as soon as I entered the room, I felt like a small bridge with flowing water. , the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows accompanied by tree shades bring people to a poetic scene
, the large rice-tiled windows, the floor-to-ceiling tea table and tea utensils sitting under the window, if you don’t take a sip of the water from the Black Tiger Spring carefully prepared by the hotel, it feels like a waste of the picturesque room.
For such careful arrangements, the most important thing is that the room is clean and comfortable, with soft beds, dry and wet toilets and shower rooms, which match the warmth of the room lighting, and are equipped with disposable toiletries, Zhangxian Hotel's Culture and heritage.
