Intercity Hotel Properties in Jinan

Seriously, I can't recommend this place enough! First off, the location is incredible – the subway station is right outside the door, which is super convenient. Even though it's by a main road, all the rooms are on the 17th floor and up, so it's not noisy at all. The hotel's decor is so much better than other four-star hotels in the same category! My friend and I actually switched here from another hotel. Everything you could possibly need is provided, and having a robot deliver our takeout was so convenient! The breakfast was also fantastic. Many of the Jinan local specialties my friend and I had for dinner the night before were featured in their breakfast spread – such great value! Finally, their service is just incredibly thoughtful; I honestly couldn't find a single fault. We loved it so much! My friend and I both said we'll definitely stay here again next time we visit!

This was my first stay at an Intercity branded hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel is located on the east side of Jinan West Station's East Plaza, a short walk from the station. With the new subway lines near the West Station, transportation is very convenient. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, so all your needs can be met. The hotel shares a building with Atour, and the underground parking is convenient. All the internal facilities are comprehensive; the laundry room is fully equipped with washing machines, dryers, and shoe washing machines. You can even tag your clothes with your room number in advance, so you don't have to wait around. The staff will deliver them directly to your room after they're done. The hotel also offers complimentary late-night snacks, which are quite extensive, including wontons, noodles, fruit, steamed buns, corn, and more. Even the most basic room type is spacious and has all the necessary amenities. The mattress firmness and elasticity were just right, and the latex pillow was very comfortable. The smart toilet in the bathroom was easy to operate, clean, and hygienic. The only noticeable drawback was the excessively loud noise from the faucet whenever it was turned on. If multiple people are staying in the room, this could significantly disturb others' rest. Overall, the hotel staff provided enthusiastic and thoughtful service. I had a good overall experience and recommend staying here. I'll definitely keep this brand in mind as a potential option for future travels.
