I thought the room facing the street would be noisy, but it is actually very soundproof. The door is very thick and heavy, and I can't hear the sound in the corridor. Although the shower is a bit old, fortunately the water pressure is very high. The light in the room is dim and yellowish, which is not suitable for makeup. Highlights!!! The underground parking lot does not directly connect to the hotel, and there is no elevator. I am about to collapse when carrying a large suitcase up. It is recommended to unload the new luggage at the hotel entrance first, and then go to the basement. It should be noted that there are one-way streets around the hotel, and it takes a long way from the hotel entrance to the basement.

The Kuanhou Riado Hotel is in an excellent location. It is adjacent to Heihu Spring, Kuanhouli, World Trade Plaza and Jiefang Pavilion. The service staff is friendly. The breakfast is also good. It is very convenient to go to any scenic spot or commercial area.

This is a belated praise. I want to give a big thumbs up to Kuanhou Liaduo. The thing is, due to the flight delay, the cooperative customer repeatedly urged us to hurry to the hotel, checked in quickly, and then went out for socializing. When I returned to the hotel in the early morning, I was already drunk and lost my mind. It should be said that people in Jinan can really drink! I would like to thank the front desk staff for helping me back to the room. I woke up in the middle of the night with a dry mouth and subconsciously thought that a cup of hot water would be enough. I turned on the light in a daze and was surprised to find a pot of honey water on the bedside table. It was hot. I was instantly attracted by Atour's service. I felt much better after drinking the water and slept until noon when I woke up. When I got up, I was still worrying about how to wear the clothes that smelled of alcohol last night. When I went out today, I saw that the clothes had been washed and folded neatly, with a note: "Dear Atour friend, you have worked hard when you were away from home. You drank and vomited on your clothes last night. Atour has washed and dried them for you. I hope you can put on clean clothes and set off in full energy!" This is why I stay in Atour in every city. I was instantly shocked and called the front desk, only to learn that the staff saw the clothes that were abandoned outside the door last night and helped take them to the laundry room to wash and dry them. The surprising thing was that the buttons that were removed when drinking and pushing were also sewed back by the attentive cleaning lady. Once again, I was attracted by Atour's attentive employees, who can truly bring different surprises to our guests when they are away from home. I wish Atour gets better and better, I wish the hotel business is booming, and I wish Jiuyue, Qiyue and Meiying all the best in their work.

The room is very quiet, spacious, and very clean. It is very comfortable to stay in. It is very close to the attractions and next to Kuanhouli. It is very convenient to go anywhere. This is the best room I have ever booked.
