This hotel was absolutely beautiful! It’s clean, it has everything you need but there is no refrigerator. The bed was comfortable . I love that the bathroom have a separate part for the toilet and shower . The sink is near the exit / entrance door . There’s a beautiful round mirror . The location of the hotel is convenient about 20 mins ride to airport , 10 mins drive to railway and 5-10 mins to reach shopping malls. Also there’s really really good restaurants around this hotel !!! Amazing Shandong food !!! I really miss the food . I will definitely come back again to stay in this hotel if I come back to visit Jinan ! Highly recommended!!!!!! Amazing service and staff !!!! Thank you all for allowing me to check in early. I’m touched .

But the next few times I stayed in a room near the road. This time, although I booked early and paid extra, I still stayed in a room near the road that was not very good. The front desk said that there were no rooms available because I arrived late. Overall, I feel that the service has declined.

I checked in from the airport late at night. The primary reason was that it was very close to Jinan East Station, and it only took five or six minutes by taxi. The mattress and pillows of the Four Seasons Hotel were excellent, and the sleep was very comfortable. The breakfast was also very rich. When I checked out, I found that my ring was missing. The front desk staff and the cleaning lady were busy all morning, very dedicated and enthusiastic (I later found the ring in another luggage of mine)

The location and environment of the hotel are good. The front desk saw that we were with our children and took the initiative to add toothbrushes, toothpaste and a pair of slippers, which was very considerate! Jinan's food and accommodation are cheaper than Qingdao.

There is nothing wrong with the hygiene and service. But the room I was given is long and narrow! The TV is very close to the end of the bed, and the shower room is also very small. It is too cramped. I dare not turn around for fear of hitting the wall. There is no conditioner. The hair dryer is in an awkward distance, far from the mirror, and the cord cannot be pulled, so it is difficult to blow dry in front of the mirror. There is no makeup mirror, and my myopic eyes can't see anything. It is not good or bad to live here, but it is barely livable! This time I chose it hastily, and I will carefully choose nearby hotels next time.
