Hilton Garden Inn Properties in Jinan

Clean, comfortable, and truly relaxing stay I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was spotless, fresh-smelling, and exactly as described. The AC worked perfectly — quiet and efficient, keeping the room at the perfect temperature all night. I slept like a log and woke up feeling refreshed and healthy. The staff was friendly, the bed was cozy, and everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be staying here again.

This hotel’s biggest problem was the room temperature issue. I stayed 3 nights and the room’s average temperature was 24-25 degree Celsius. I escalated to hotel and they explained that they hadn’t turn on air con service which would be available in Jun only. I wondered if they turned on the warmer and they confirmed they didn’t. They advised me to open the windows but indeed it couldn’t help because no support leg to keep the windows were opened. I couldn’t sleep well and hotel didn’t offer further solution. One contradictory observation was the temperature in lobby was super cool and their staff had to wear thick outfit. Honesyly. It was a terrible experience. Staff even told me that hotels in Shandong city were almost having the same arrangement. However, when we changed to another hotel, we found that other hotel did turn on air con for customers in rooms. Anyway, please don’t visit this hotel before Jun.😭
