Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the room facilities were complete with excellent air conditioning. It's convenient and fast to get to various places in the city by taxi, and the high-speed train station is only a 15-20 minute drive away. The hotel's breakfast offers a rich variety, meeting daily needs. The air quality in the room is good, the guest room environment is quiet and comfortable, and the price is reasonable, making it suitable for business travelers. Overall, it was a good experience. The environment and service were excellent, and the breakfast spread was impressive. Parking was also convenient. The lobby was beautifully decorated, and they even offered free Qing Dynasty costumes for guests to try on and take photos! However, during our two-day stay, there seemed to be some event going on, with many people queuing in the lobby, which made it difficult for guests to get in and out.

My child particularly loved the hotel's magnetic buckles; I casually mentioned it, and a staff member generously gave us one, which made my little one happy for ages. The overall environment was clean and comfortable, and the service was warm yet discreet. We didn't encounter a single unpleasant thing during our entire stay, making it incredibly comfortable. I've already told my family that we'll choose this place again for our next trip. Highly recommend it for families with kids!

Because of this, I've had the opportunity to compare different Hampton properties and feel I have a good perspective. My stay at this particular hotel was, as always, excellent. The front desk staff was professional, housekeeping service was meticulous and thoughtful, and the restaurant offered a rich variety of dishes with warm service. A special shout-out and a big thumbs-up to the young lady at the front desk in particular! 👍 And no, it's not just because she upgraded my room! I'll definitely be back next time.
