Liyade Hotel

We came to see the rime ice and specifically booked a four-star hotel. The room was quite large, but it seemed to be an older hotel; the facilities and hardware were outdated, and the service wasn't as good as the four-star hotel we stayed at in Changchun. We couldn't get an upgrade, and check-out was at exactly 12 noon, no matter how much we negotiated. The only good thing was the hotel breakfast, which met four-star standards—rich and nutritious, and commendable!

[I've struck gold! This hotel totally won me over!] I have to rave about the receptionist, Ms. Qu! She was as warm and welcoming as an old friend. The attention to detail in the room was immediately apparent! There was a "Welcome Home" decoration on the table, along with fresh oranges and yogurt. Even the steam eye mask had a white lotus scent—the thoughtfulness was off the charts! ✨ The room was decorated in a warm, Chinese style. The bedding was so soft I didn't want to get up. The desk and chair were also very comfortable, and even the artwork on the walls was stylish. Overall, it was clean and cozy—a completely unexpected and wonderful experience! With such attentive service and attention to detail, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

This stay at the Riyadh Hotel Jilin truly exceeded my expectations! Upon entering the lobby, I was immediately drawn to its magnificent decor—very grand indeed. The room itself was simply superb, just like in the photos I took. It was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and I slept exceptionally well. The bathroom featured a separate shower and toilet, was spotless, and hot water came quickly. The lounge area and work desk in the room were also very practical. Furthermore, I must give a special shout-out to Ms. Qu at the front desk! Her service was truly outstanding. From check-in onwards, she was incredibly warm and professional, offering a constant smile and making me feel exceptionally welcome. She patiently and meticulously answered all my questions and proactively provided a great deal of assistance. This home-away-from-home service deserves a huge thumbs up from Ms. Qu! In short, it was a very satisfying stay, with impeccable facilities and service. I highly recommend it to everyone! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jilin!

The triple room was very spacious, quiet, comfortable, and clean – excellent value for money.

The service was attentive, and the place was clean and tidy.

I booked two rooms, but the heating was terrible. It took forever to get warm, and even after I complained, no one was there. When I contacted them again, they said they had forgotten about it. Even after other people arrived, the room was still not warm.

Excellent, I'll stay here again next time.

This is a terrible hotel. The service is awful, the facilities are bad enough, but the front desk service is absolutely unbearable! The staff were rude and spoke very offensively, even telling me, "You can complain."

I have stayed in countless hotels, and the family room at the Riyadh Hotel is the best (not one of them). It is really big and comfortable. The kids really like it and don't want to leave. We have no choice but to stand up. We have to go back to Dalian tomorrow. The food in the restaurant is good and cheap, especially the shaomai, it is so delicious! The house price is super cheap! It’s also during the National Day, so I have time to take the kids to stay for a few more days! There’s no need to go out to find food.
