Ni Hao Hotel (Jilin Caifu Plaza)

Everything about the hotel was great, but the bedding really needs attention. There were very noticeable stains, and that's a deal-breaker for me when choosing a hotel. It's a shame, because the quality of the bedding itself seemed quite good.

Great location, right next to the subway entrance, making it convenient to go anywhere. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were new. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and professional. Excellent value for money. It's perfect for both business trips and tourism. I've already recommended it to my friends!

The breakfast was very satisfying, incredibly rich and delicious. The location is also excellent; it's a three-minute walk to Fortune Plaza, a fifteen-minute walk to Henan Street and Hunchun Street, and a ten-minute walk to the riverside. Everything is conveniently close. What I was most satisfied with were the staff members; they always greeted us with a smile, and everyone was polite and enthusiastic. As for the details, there was plenty of water and tissues provided, and the disposable cups for drinking and brushing teeth were very hygienic. All in all, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it!

Facilities: Aside from the bed and TV stand, the room also came with a sofa and a small table, which was really convenient for organizing our bits and bobs. On the first floor, there's a free laundry room, and after our clothes were washed and dried, the front desk staff even packed them for us in their custom tote bags. Cleanliness: Spotless. They also have various drinks available on the first floor. Ambiance: There are a few pink loungers outside the entrance, and the colorful balloon-shaped lights are adorable. It's super easy to get to the riverside from here, where singers perform live and connect with each other – it's really lively. Service: Excellent.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Jilin Station, and it has dedicated parking. There are many restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were very welcoming and thoughtfully introduced local attractions and popular spots to visit. The room layout was convenient and well-designed, and the breakfast was also good!

As a HUAZHU Hotels Group member, I chose to stay at Nihao Hotel. The front desk staff member was very welcoming, especially noticing we had an elderly person with us and offering special reminders. The hotel environment is quite clean, and there's a laundry room available. Our room was neat and tidy, and the bedding was clean. Although the restaurant isn't large, the service is exceptionally attentive, and there's a good variety of dishes. Definitely worth recommending.
