Absolutely flawless service, room and breakfast. Friendly helpful reception staff - services included being given a lift to the bus station by the owner wh happened to be at the desk as we checked out. We did not want to leave. Best hotel by miles of all those we stayed in. Amazing breakfast - so many choices and superb quality. Bedroom is modern, stylish and spacious with desk and seating area, fully stocked mini bar. Duvets and bedlinen beautiful quality. Huge bed and cushions so comfortable. Complimentary tea and coffee making facility and free bottled water. The huge bathroom has gorgeous free toiletries and power shower with rainforest head. Hairdryer and heated towel rail. On the ground floor is the lovely breakfast room and restaurant. Outdoor bar and inside lounge. Cannot recommend highly enough whether here for business or a holiday. Parking is available right outside and it is just a ten min walk to the beautiful old town square. Stay here for visiting all the sights of Czech bohemian. We are a well travelled London couple with high standards who have worked in many countries. We would award this hotel more than 5 stars if we could. All amenities but in a quiet location. I forgot to mention that rooms have excellent quiet air con and wide screen tv.

Hospitality at its best! Impeccable service, welcoming and helpful staff, lovely & spotless rooms furnished in style, tasty & varied food (they also cater for vegan & gluten-free diets) and attention to detail! The owner is involved in the day to day duties, which in my mind, says a lot about the ethos of the business. Lastly, the hotel staff kindly gave a lift to my partner to the bus station,which was a lovely gesture. You can't fault this place on anything and I can't recommend it enough! Thank you for a memorable stay and we shall be back.

When we arrived at Hotel ReStart after four days walking in the Bohemian Paradise, we thought we'd won the lottery. This is a great hotel by any standard. Young, friendly, English-speaking staff (not always the case in more rural parts of the country); large, super-comfortable room; great shower. The hotel is within walking distance of the charming historic center, although to be honest there isn't much of interest around the square. The hotel's restaurant, where we had dinner, is excellent, and the breakfast buffet is fresh and varied. A member of the staff drove us to the bus station for our return to Prague and wouldn't let us tip him: it was all part of the service culture of the hotel. If you find yourself in Jicin, we highly recommend Hotel ReStart.

My wife and I stayed here two nights at the end of a 12-day trip to the Czech Republic, and it was a fantastic place to finish up. The rooms are super-clean and full of useful items -- hooks where you want them, lights in the right places, wonderful in-room coffee/espresso & tea, high quality beds and linens, great storage, robes, etc, etc. The included breakfast is the most elaborate we encountered on our whole trip, by far. What a feast! Since we'd been hiking for four days, we were tired, and appreciated on onsite restaurant. Little did we know it is one of the top restaurants in the city. Great meals!! But what really makes this place stand out are the people. We found the employees incredibly kind, patient, and hard working. Turns out, the owner is onsite and working harder than anyone. He cares, and the people he hires care, too. This place is doing it right!

I read the earlier glowing review and was hopeful we would have a similar experience and the hotel didn’t disappoint. Our room was well equipped with everything we could need. The only possible comment is that sound travels through the walls - we could hear everything in other rooms. Breakfast had an excellent choice including catering for people with special dietary needs. We had a pizza from their restaurant La Favorite and it was really good. Finally in the nicest touch of all the manager himself gave us a lift to the railway station. This is an excellently run hotel where the staff seem to really care for their guests.

June days were really kind to me allowing me to pleasant walks around the hotel and throughout the city. All the hotel staff were polite and efficient and they supported my idea to observe the special room on the eleventh floor - what a lovely view. The very name of this hotel conveys the true message inspiring clients to enjoy both any start and restart. I myself would love to return to this region again, looking forward to another happy restart of my body and mind. The Restart hotel is the perfect spot for all in love with sport, games and Life.

The Hotel staff are gonibg out of the way to help you have the best experience in the czech paradise area as well as the Hotel itself The facilities, breakfast and restaurant are very good The hotel has a good deal with the nearby sport center Having the ability to travel with bicycle was a an excellent experience.

Het perfecte hotel voor als je in het Boheems Paradijs wandelingen wilt maken. Alles is op acceptabele rijafstand en ook vanuit het hotel zijn mooie wandelingen te maken. De kamers zijn groot en de bedden prima. De douche is fantastisch. Na een dag wandelen hoef je het hotel niet meer uit want het restaurant is in één woord geweldig. Ook het ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid en voor ieder wat wils. Als ik toch wat negatiefs moet noemen is dat de WiFi niet optimaal en nogal traag is. Maar dat is echt het enige. Een genot om hier te verblijven.
