The room is average, the window glass is dirty, and the service is almost non-existent. We had to ask for help from the firefighters and the police. After the firefighters came to deal with it, we continued to go back to the room to rest. The time should be around 1 in the morning. a reasonable explanation. As a result, no one took the initiative to explain to us when we checked out the next morning. When I mentioned this, the front desk still looked innocent and said sorry. In fact, the hotel staff made a wrong button, even if it was a wrong button Well, do you want all the guests to pay for your mistakes? There are so many hotels nearby, we chose your hotel which is not cheap, and then your staff will start working without training? They don’t know the most basic things, so how can the guests who stay in the hotel rest assured of their own safety? The most speechless thing is that there is not even a security guard at the door, and there is no gate. Neither hardware nor software deserves the word "international"! I often stay in hotels, this is the most disappointing time! Super bad review! ! !

酒店位置很好，對面是東湖公園，距離酒店走十來分鐘就是大唐美食街，嘉峪關的烤肉很好吃。房間衞生特乾淨，前台姑娘服務超級棒，辦理入住手續很快，早餐品種多，很豐富，一路過來入住最滿意的一個酒店。👍👍👍

酒店環境不錯，地理位置優越，幫朋友訂的婚房，很温馨，客服服務員態度特別好還給佈置了一下房間房間佈置的很温馨很幸福，總枱小姐姐很漂亮説話很温柔😀

設施：設施完善，空調衞生間設備都是新的很好用，熱水特別的好，洗澡很舒服 衞生：衞生沒有問題，感覺是一家國有企業，服務員很多，角落裡麪也沒有什麼灰塵，乾乾淨淨的 環境：環境優雅，設施齊全，裏面大廳很大，有一個院子可以走路，很舒服。對面就是一個很大的公園。 服務：前台業務熟練，服務熱情，全程微笑，耐心解答諮詢的相關問題，非常好。

半夜夜貓一直叫，這個不能怪酒店 但是早晨可起來，熱水温度不夠，就是和温水哆哆嗦嗦洗澡，這個不應該。房間內的體重秤，沒電，這個都是小問題了。但是熱水不熱，這個住快捷酒店都不會有這問題，尤其還是大冬天，更應該注意的問題。

非常好，物超所值！從新疆一路走來，住的最舒服的酒店，價格適宜，周邊有美食街，對面就是東湖。離嘉峪關很近。

服務態度非常好，酒店位置環境很棒，唯有不足是服務員説餐廳與酒店是分開的，菜品環境略～，但服務不錯。會推薦給朋友。
