電動門緩緩敞開、靜謐的大廳裏燈火通明，移步往前台而去，衹見當值的那位小姐姐端坐在自己的工位上，黑色羽絨外套將她的颯爽英姿映襯無遺，胸前的銀色金屬名牌上、那一份飽含陽剛之氣的姓名也帶給我別樣的精神共鳴，一霎間我忽然感覺她是一位卧底警員、便衣警察。“您好。我辦理入住，之前是在攜程上預訂了房間”，我話音未起，她已經從容站起身、接過我遞上的身份證，順勢在電腦上進行熟練的登記與操作。夜幕已深，可她的臉龐上毫無倦態，眉目之間盡是安寧與堅定。“請您留一下手機號”，我剛剛回答出“189”，她又很是温和地問道“尾號是6XXX對嗎？”這讓我頗感驚喜，心中對花居雅舍有了更加深邃、鮮明的安全感、歸屬感。

忽然想起有兩份重要文檔需要打印，而第二天返回杭州之前不一定有空做這件事，便立馬拿起房間的座機與總枱聯繫、詢問大廳可否打印文檔。接電話的是一位哥哥，他的聲音洪亮而富有磁性，得知我的訴求之後、很爽快地當場答應，我也開開心心下樓了。
打印文檔的過程並非一帆風順，最初生成的紙本、不知為何，呈現出的內容無論方向、大小，都與電子檔截然不同。當值的哥哥、姐姐見狀、二話不説，一邊仔細檢查打印機、一邊調整電腦上的文檔，待我上樓取好材料袋、重新回到大廳時，完美無缺的四張紙本已經整整齊齊擺在眼前。
與他們兩人的交流是温馨、舒暢的，雖然3號之前不曾相會，但在心裏總感覺與他們是久別重逢。轉身朝電梯進發的那一刻，在大廳明亮的暖色光映照下，那位哥哥所穿黑色衞衣上綉着的“花居雅舍”四個白色楷體字，在我眼眸中也更顯清澈、蒼勁、雋秀。

I drove back to Shanghai during the May Day holiday and decided to stay there on short notice. Ramada is excellent in all aspects, with good facilities, quiet and comfortable, and good breakfast. Bblaire_🙌I am international guest and this is my own experience in this hotel .I would say mainly 3 things about my experience
1️⃣location: this hotel is not having 10 out of 10 location because it’s kind of hard for you to find Boba tea shop b/c it far away from the center 🥲🤣
2️⃣cleaness and Amenties: this hotel was giving me the feeling of a new and clean ,beautiful design hotel 💗.I really love the restaurant of this hotel because it has a lot of really delicious food even though my families is asian and they are not eating Chinese food much because it too oily and spicy 😅but we just fall in love with this restaurant .we especially love the lobster tofu and the vegetable soup🦞🤤
3️⃣ last but not least , their services and the enthusiasm of the receptionist - a young Chinese lady & a tall ,good English men, a Chinese men. they are all really friendly and always try to put effort to help us : to carry luggages, to explain when we ask where we should go to visit and what the food we should eat in the restaurant I just mentioned above, even though some of them are not speaking English but they still trying to translate for us because the menu is all Chinese. 💟🥇🥇✅My cousin bought 2 cakes but luckily he just paid for 1 because the seller said buy 1 get 1 free😚🤤
❤️🩹before we check out the hotel , my sister was wearing contact lens but she forgot eyes drop . one of the lovely receptionist drove her by his own car to the shop and help her to buy the eyes drop. She told me she’s been many 5 🌟 hotels but this one is incredible and deserve receive more guest and popularity.
😚lastly the receptionist help us to booked a car for my family five people and some big luggages . this review is so long but I have to mention that the driver is also really enthusiasm .
he drove us 1 hour 30 minutes to the skiing place. this is the first time we going to this place so he also helped us . finally he drove us 4 hours to our new hotel in Shanghai .He deserved the tips guys. 🥺
ME AND MY FAMILY LOVE THIS EDEN PLATINUM hotel SO MUCH , just a little bit mistake from the beginning is there is no one help us with our luggages when we first enter the hotel, then i asked them for help and they still so willing to do . i was so shock at first but everything was much better so i would still rate 9.5/10.

ZZaizaibuaichixiangcaiI was very satisfied with this trip to Wuzhen! The environment of Jintang Hotel is very comfortable. You can see the dragon-shaped field from the window. Although there are no rape flowers blooming yet, the air is very fresh and quiet. At the same time, it is located on the main road, which is convenient for going everywhere. The breakfast and afternoon sweet soup are also delicious and full. The itinerary housekeeper Yaoyao answered questions very patiently and went to the tourist service center to wait. Along the way, he enthusiastically introduced Wuzhen while carrying the luggage. I will choose to stay here next time I come to Wuzhen!

KKazzy travelerInspirok Hotel Tongxiang- First time back in Tongxiang after 4 years. 7 nights in a spacious ”Business Room” in building B with 2 very firm king single beds that gave me a sore upper back. (I don't have back problems normally...) Flat pillows. The hopeless Air-conditioning struggled to get to an absolute low of 23C and was noisy. (32C days and 26C nights.). Huge bathroom with bath. Flow limited shower with hand shower and rain shower. Mostly quiet due to reduced occupancy and outside traffic. Good blockout curtains. International power points with USB power but you must have an earth pin if you want to use an Aussie plug. (Or risk manually pushing up the earth lockout.) Many free english movies available now on the tv in reasonable quality. One thing that I found particularly handy was that a small tube of liquid laundry detergent is supplied and some hooks above the bath.
There was no bar fridge in my room on arrival but one was quickly supplied, gratis, when I asked. (Empty).
Large shopping mall one block from the hotel and small 7-eleven type shop very near the front entrance where you can buy tsing taos for 6rmb.
The included buffet breakfast was pretty average with fewer choices and poorer quality than similar 5* hotels. Very average automatic coffee machines and coffee pots. It was also so overcrowded on the Sunday- with a convention booking- that many people could not be seated. Most mornings it was reasonably quiet.
Excellent room service Indonesian fried rice. I also had the ”all you can eat” buffet a couple of nights but thought that it was over priced for the quality of food available at 138RMB (approx 30aud.)
Reasonable wifi access throughout the hotel and I was able to read my Gmail but not send it. (I couldn't even download it in Jiangsu.)
There is no option on the Trip booking page to ask for 'special requests” for this hotel. Also no option to ask for a non smoking floor and I wasn't asked at check-in. Very annoying.

GGuest UserFirst of all, the location is excellent. You can walk a few steps to the right of the hotel to reach the entrance of Gate 2, which is so convenient! The room was quite large and cleanly decorated, which made me, a mysophobic person, very comfortable. (I forgot to take pictures of the inside of the room, but of the external environment.) I decided to renew the reservation for another night. I originally planned to stay in Nanxun Ancient Town for one night. , I gave up living there. What’s interesting is that the two chairs in the room can be rotated while sitting on them. There is a parking lot below the window for convenience, and there is a river and the scenery is nice. The boss was very enthusiastic. He carried our luggage upstairs and introduced us to a restaurant where we could eat. He also drove us to the old street for free and to the parking lot of the scenic spot. The service was very good! Will recommend friends to stay here. There is also a small problem that I forgot to remind the boss at the time. The temperature of the bath water is unstable. When adjusting the water, it is either hot or cold. I hope they can pay attention to it. All in all, staying here is a good choice!

MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondWe booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival.
The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek.
During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved.
Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area.
Her service was prompt and professional.
She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday.
The check in process was efficient.
We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty.
She was friendly and welcoming.
The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in.
In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel.
A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business.
Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing.
The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do.
The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money).
The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard.
Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant.
If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date).
Compliments to the chef/s in this regard.
Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant.
Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around.
As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back.

We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service.
I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly.
Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard.
Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available.
We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic.
We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel.

MMy Shanghai LifeFinally a hotel that is a true five star hotel by European standards. Great service throughout our stay and a delicious breakfast. We booked an executive room and had the benefits of having access to the executive lounge with a decent standard and great view.
The best of all was that my daughter had a small accident and the hotel staff accompanied us to the nearest hospital and took care of our girl so well. Truly appreciated, especially since we as foreigners don’t speak Chinese.
Conclusion: this is one of the better hotels that we stayed in in China.

YYeung R ongThe boss is a very honest man and also very helpful. He goes the extra mile to help you with anything that you need. Just inform him what your need or where you would like to go and he will recommend the best method and even help to arrange for transportation, services etc at the best value price. The hotel is located just 300meters walk away from the Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area ticketing centre. Though it is not located inside the scenic area, it is worth staying here because there are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, massage parlours, and traditional costume and make up shops that you can get better price than within the scenic area. The hotel owner also helped to arrange a rickshaw to bring us tour nanzha(south part of Wuzhen) which depicts more of the lifestyle of the local people with a few nice areas for photography and to buy local produce. Many chinese dramas were also filmed at Nanzha area which the rickshaw rider explained very well but in mandarin chinese. He also helped to take nice photographs for us. The hotel owner also helped to book a car from Wuzhen to Tongli at a reasonable price. If you are travelling from either Hangzhou or Suzhou to this hotel, i would recommend that you give the hotel owner a call and ask him to arrange for a car to get you from those places to Wuzhen especially if you travel in groups of 2-4 persons because the hotel owner is able to get a reasonably priced car. Overall, i would stay in this hotel again if i visit Wuzhen again, because of the owner’s great hospitality and service.

AAnonymous UserThe Alila Hotel in Wuzhen is a fantastic blend of luxury and traditional style, perfectly situated near the picturesque water town. The hotel’s design is both modern and elegant, and the amenities are excellent, from beautifully appointed rooms to relaxing facilities.
One of the highlights was the included photography package, ”乌镇阿丽拉-新锐旅拍.” Lesley, our photographer, was amazing! Not only was she talented, but her humor and energy made the entire experience unforgettable. We were laughing non-stop, and her easygoing nature made us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera.
Overall, Alila Wuzhen offers a truly memorable stay with stunning surroundings, top-notch amenities, and the added bonus of a fun photography experience. Highly recommended!
