Come to Jiaxing for tourism, the family room booked by the hotel, the bedding in the room including the TV is great, the front desk service, especially the hotel manager is very good Breakfast can be full, but sent breakfast to send a nightingale, the attitude is super good, although, the nightingale is a bit tasteless, I don't want to run down after the shower. The hotel children liked it very much. I grabbed the doll and couldn’t catch it for the first time. Later, the manager saw that the children were depressed and gave a lot of coins. The service was absolutely full of stars and the price was super good. The KTV next door at night is very unfriendly, and the ghosts cry and wolf at night, disturbing sleep.

Check in is relatively fast. I was given a room next to the elevator, and it didn’t matter if I stayed for one night. There is no hand sanitizer next to the wash basin, so I am stunned. Although we talk about environmental protection, hand sanitizer should still be a must! Let’s talk about the comfort of bedding and mattresses. I think it’s on the same level as Hanting. Let’s talk about the laundry room and gym on the ba*****t floor. The two spaces are connected together. The whole environment is humid and hot. You need to turn on the air conditioner. Next to it, there is a burst of urine odor from the drain. The laundry room has no other items except for the washing machine. Laundry detergent disinfectant, laundry bags, etc. I think this hotel does not meet the positioning standard of Jinjiang Metropolis, but I guess it is a direct franchise of Jinjiang brand. The front desk service is still very enthusiastic and proactive, because I am used to sleeping late, so I won't comment on it without experiencing the hotel breakfast.

This hotel is often not recommended for staying recently! ! ! NO1. During the road construction on both sides, the dust is huge NO2. The hotel is located on the fifth floor and there is no elevator during power outages! Need to climb the 5th floor! NO3. Mineral water is not provided in the room! NO4. Self-driving parking requires a parking fee of 20+ at your own expense (the reason is that your own parking lot is not available now, and you can only park at other people's homes) 2021/06/6

The room is new, spacious and in a good location. On New Year's Eve, we saw fireworks in the distance at the hotel because of the high floor. The only drawback is that there are no bed guardrails for children. Our group booked 4 rooms, one of which was upgraded to a suite. An unexpected surprise. There were also a lot of people at breakfast. There was no queue on the first day, and everyone went in to find seats. It was very chaotic. For breakfast the next day, hotel staff were at the door to maintain order, and you had to wait in line to get a seat before going in to dine. Feel much better.

It's no exaggeration to say that I will definitely recommend ALILA Hotel WuZhen to my friends if they have plans to travel to Jiaxing. From the moment I arrived the hotel, I felt the warm welcome from the front desk staff. I was really enjoying the warm welcome drinks, fresh pear juice provided by the check-in lobby. In particular, thanks to Sherry, the receptionist, who contacted me in advance before my arrival and kindly reminded me that thick clothes need to be prepared for the local cooling. The concierge took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room and personally guided me to the room, they gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and dining outlets. I was greatly moved and surprised by the exquisite welcome amenity prepared on the table in the room. There are delicate and delicious macarons, fresh fruit plates prepared with care, a bottle of fine red wine, afternoon patisserie with Zhejiang characteristics, and even a welcome letter handwritten by General Manager Nick. I can feel that Alila's staff really treat guests with true heart. I still want to thank a boy who worked in the hotel bar. I'm sorry that I forgot his name. He patiently took beautiful photos of me on the afternoon of my arrival, recording my wonderful moment in the Alila Hotel. I really enjoy the relaxing time in the bar of this hotel. There is a standing performance of Filipino band in the bar at night. The service provided by the band was very good. They cared about each guest on the scene and asked each guest what song they wanted to listen to in a friendly and warm manner. I was really immersed in relaxing and drinking there. The breakfast in the hotel is well-done. The food quality and taste are very good. The breakfast choices are very rich. The only disadvantage is that the skin of shrimp dumplings is too thick. Alex, the Director of Food and Beverage, actively inquired about our stay experience and personally served us with care. The service was very good. He knew that we felt too hot when sitting outdoors and quickly helped us transfer to the indoor table near the window. When I was checking out, the front desk staff treated us warmly as always, and gave me a sleeping pillow spray and a wash and care package as a parting gift, which greatly moved me again. Compared to the next hotels I stayed in on this trip, the hotel that impressed me the most was definitely the Alila Hotel, with its superb service.
