Atour Hotel Zhongshan Road, Yuehe Street, Jiaxing

Atour Hotel is my favorite hotel brand. Every time I stay in different cities across China, there's a comforting sense of familiarity, almost like being in the same place. The hotel is incredibly clean and well-managed, and the service is always top-notch and polite. I had a wonderful trip this time, and I'm very grateful to all of you.

The soundproofing is absolutely terrible. I could clearly hear conversations from the next room. This is the worst experience I've had in years. Can this really be Atour? There was even hair stuck to the bathroom wall.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the room is very spacious. Atour continues to deliver its usual comfort, and the staff are all incredibly enthusiastic. I'm very satisfied.

Excellent stay for a business trip. The location is very convenient for getting around and taking care of business. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the stable Wi-Fi made working hassle-free. The room was quiet and soundproof, perfect for resting after a long day. The self-service laundry and dryer were a great convenience, and the rich breakfast spread made grabbing a quick meal easy. The staff were professional and attentive. This Atour is my top choice for long-term business travel.

The hotel service was incredibly warm and welcoming. We were offered hot tea upon check-in and even received warm bottled water when we checked out. The soundproofing in the rooms was excellent, and the breakfast spread was plentiful. They also offer self-service laundry, and the in-room amenities are comprehensive. The shower room features a great wet/dry separation, with strong water pressure and a steady flow. The toiletries also had a lovely scent. Overall, a great stay.
