In fact, I am a member of Kaiyuan. In the first two times, I booked Kaiyuan as a member in other regions. During the stay, I was not satisfied with the operation error, the service response was not timely, etc. I was not satisfied with the processing results. I didn’t want to choose Kaiyuan again. , However, I have never experienced the Guantang series. I read the introduction and wanted to experience it, so I chose Ctrip to book. Unexpectedly, the price is cheaper.

Environment: The hotel is located in a characteristic neighborhood, you can go shopping when you go out, the environment is very good, I also like this style.
Hygiene: Satisfied, although there is a little dust in some places, but this is unavoidable, after all, dust will fall after cleaning. So, everything is fine.
Facilities: The style of the room is quite satisfactory, but one thing is that the network signal and mobile signal are not good in the room. No matter the traffic or wireless, and the phone signal, it is good and bad, and the hotel can only detect it by itself. Another point is that in the room, the towel shelf in front of the sink and the laundry basket are very unreasonable. They protrude and are very inconvenient for washing. They block your feet, and the location of the basket is not good, which hinders open the door. Everything else is fine.
Service: It's pretty good. The girls and guys at the front desk are very gentle, but full of energy. It's much better than the previous stays in other Kaiyuan hotels. Breakfast is also good.
