What a beautiful hotel, from outside to inside. It's located just outside Xitang Scenic Area, but they have a backdoor through the garden where the staff can escort and bring guests thru so you don't have to pay again for a ticket to enter the attraction. Every bit of the room is spacious, from the bathroom to shower area to the bedroom. I love how the bed faces a full ceiling to floor window where you can wake up to a lovely view while still lying in bed. The bed and pillows are firm and comfy. The water pressure in the shower is good but hard to control the temperature. The hair dryer is a little weak and took a while to dry my short hair. The room also came with a generous plate of fresh fruits. Service was excellent and friendly. Breakfast buffet was simple, nothing fancy but the usual staples are there and food quality is ok. The live noodles station was the best for me, can't go wrong with hot noodles soup & wantons, especially on a cold morning. Was given a beautiful tea cup as a farewell gift at check-out. Overall it was a great stay and I highly recommend anyone planning to stay a night at Xitang to stay here!

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Xitang Ancient Town. The front desk even upgraded our room, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The room itself was well-equipped, clean, and hygienic. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Beautiful hotel, good location, comfortable bed, morning can see sunrise from balcony😍. Close to Xitang very close to entrance, hotel staff can help go inside and easy back to hotel from same place. Nice breakfast, only coffee was so so. I got gift from hotel reception, thank you guys🙏🏼❤️

We had the most amazing stay here. Staff is very welcoming, breakfast delicious and the room has luxurious amenities and a wonderful view on the lake. We got the rooms on the 3rd floor, which are bigger and has better view. Would definitely come back again!!

Truly a gem. Xitang Ancient Town just round the corner from the hotel. Hotel and room is much better than the photos. Breakfast was nice with wide variety of local fare. Front desk staff during the day is so helpful, the lady arranged to send me to the long distance bus station at Gate 1 of Ancient town to buy our bus tickets to Suzhou. Actually it was a 8 seater van - very comfortable. Will definitely love to come back to this elegant hotel.

This hotel offered clean spacious bedrooms with individual toilet/washroom . We liked this layout. Our room has lakeside view with electric motion sensor curtains. Good sized bed and tv. Good breakfast selection & coffee in dining area. We got free ride to the heritage park area from the hotel. You can call the hotel for free pick up at Parking lot #1 only.

Nice hotel, good view to the lake. Good service with tour free ride to the places where you need. Good and delicious breakfast, fresh and many choices.

The electric bike driver was very rude. On the way back from the scenic spot, we encountered the hotel electric bike. Even though it was raining and there was a seat available, the driver refused to let us get on, saying it wasn't on our way. We walked to the hotel in the rain and encountered him returning with an empty bike. When we asked him if he wasn't on our way, he scoffed! I reported this to the front desk staff, who were very attentive and responsive, even waiving some of the boat charter fees. Thank you for your proactive approach. The same company, the quality of service is instantly recognizable! Thanks again to the front desk. Other than this incident, everything else was excellent.

This hotel is particularly worthy of praise. The location is extremely convenient. The back door leads directly to Xitang Ancient Town through Wuguniang Park. Wuguniang Park has beautiful scenery and you can go back and forth for sightseeing many times a day. The hotel breakfast is very good and the service is very thoughtful. The environment is clean, fresh and generous. I will choose this hotel again next time I come to Xitang.

The hotel is located in Wuniang Park, and the path next to Lanxiu Bridge can lead directly to the small door of the hotel. Before check-in, the navigation gave me the wrong direction, and the child was very anxious because he was not feeling well. After calling the hotel, he quickly found the entrance, helped arrange priority check-in, and thoughtfully provided extra breakfast. The robot leading the way was novel and interesting, and the children were amused. The sliding door design of the room is great, and the space is reasonably arranged according to needs. There are lights all the way at night, so you don’t have to worry about getting lost. When you wake up in the morning and open the window, your eyes are filled with green, which is refreshing. The hotel is convenient for ordering takeout outside the scenic area, and the free Xitang tickets are very cost-effective. I will definitely come back next time I come to Xitang!

The room is large and has a bathtub, which the children love. There are many choices for breakfast. The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good, and it is not far from Xitang Ancient Town, where you can hang out.

The most satisfactory hotel I have booked on Ctrip in recent years. You can enjoy the scenery while lying on the bed. It is very convenient to go to the scenic spot from the back door. The service is warm and friendly. The room layout is very good. It is very practical and private. It is clean and tidy. It has everything you need.
