The best aspect of this hotel was the lake view which was lovely. The breakfast was good and there weren't too many people at this time.

第一次去住，安排了一樓的房間，結果外面就是公園廣場，酒店其他都沒什麼問題，隔音效果太差，早上5點多，公園外廣場就有人吵鬧（鍛鍊的人）嚴重影響睡眠，一直到7點多還有吵雜聲，導致早上睡眠不行，整個入住體驗感就很差。

建築外觀很特別，外部環境不錯，服務差點意思。雖然之前在攜程上看過評論，有心理預期。但從check in到餐飲、健身、保安等，整個過程的服務有太多問題，整體人員素質有待提升，離四五星標準差太多了。

個別人員，所謂游泳部經理服務意識差，區別對待老年人及驅趕到泳池外部，影響及其惡劣。
屋頂漏水及掉落硬物殘渣，設施老舊
再處理相關問題時也缺乏誠意及忽略客户訴求，所謂的4星級標準感覺差得很遠。
綜上所述，不建議入住！

一般吧，湖景？很勉強，給了一間拐角的房間，不規整，房型讓人感覺很不舒服！早餐過於簡單，配不上這個價格。

房間很大，酒店環境非常好，餐廳可以看湖景。這時候去滿院桂花香，地下一層游泳池的味道很明顯，在一樓可以聞到。
