A disappointing experience, mainly in terms of hygiene. I smelled a musty odor as soon as I entered the door. The bathroom felt like it could not be opened due to convulsions. A foul smell came from near the washing machine. I saw a Xiaoqiang climbing at night when I was about to go to bed. On the back of the bed, although I am not afraid of Xiaoqiang, the place where there are cockroaches is not hygienic. The store's service is very good. This is more gratifying. Hope to work hard to improve, and do better!

跟介紹的圖片不符，有些地方臟，地板有些是浮起來也有些是舊的，洗衣機上面全是灰不敢用，洗浴的門壞壞的，而且還能看見光影xizao的，門上那個小洞沒有蓋子的，總體給我感覺就是，很差，完全跟圖片不符，這還是公寓，跟我之前住的公寓真的是差超多，這家沒有前台，直接微信給房密碼還有按金。

媽耶那個衞生 真的不敢住人 原本定了3天最終還是取消了另外兩天 我跟我弟弟兩間房間甚至都不敢去洗澡 38度的天氣也撼動不了 當天晚上還在床頭看到了蟑螂 硬是在床位躺了一晚

沒有前台，衹有微信提供房間密碼，感覺太不靠譜了…一進去房間，第一感覺就是：**，這也太破了吧！主燈壞了，整個房間昏昏暗暗的，感覺太壓抑了，然後天花板，防火感應器還被套了黑色塑料袋，感覺房間整體真是太差勁了！浴室巨小，洗澡衹能開着浴室玻璃門洗放毛巾的位置，有蟑螂爬出來，我真是醉了…廁所水壓低，不太乾淨睡覺的時候，空調超級吵，根本沒法睡！唉，不會再定第二次了，太失望了

入住當天告訴我前一位客人還沒走，我不能入住，害我等了那麼久，這種事情本來就是酒店的事情，為何要客人等，為何不事先解決好？本來當天13:00後就可入住，可我下午三點多到的，還讓我等了差不多有半小時！！！入住後廁所臭的要死，衞生間環境也差，衞生間的燈還是很暗很暗的，馬桶水壓又不夠，真的是我住了那麼多酒店來最差的一個了……讓我等了那麼久也沒有給我任何補償補貼，更無語了

非常差，很臟，冰箱裏麪是黃的，洗衣機上面全是灰，浴室玻璃門不能完全關閉，空調都舊到發黃了，遙控器也是哈，都不知道是什麼年代的空調。服務態度也非常差，中午十二點過去沒房間就算了，房間空調不製冷，房間燈不亮，微信一個不回，打電話打了兩次才接，還説晚上沒有工作人員值班不能幫我們解決問題:）睡到半夜被熱醒。最主要是明明在攜程裏寫着9-18層，居然給我安排到29樓，電梯巨晃，失重感很強。非常不推薦。
