This is the most rubbish Vienna. The front desk staff is really ****ty. The occupancy rate is so low. They knew that the room 801 smelled bad and still opened it to me. From the beginning, they were intentional and treated the guests as ****.

訂之前看了評論，知道這個酒店比較舊，心裏有一定的預期，所以還特意選了影音房，想着這個畢竟是換了大投影，多少重新裝修一下，實際上並沒有，就是電視換成了投影，這也能接受，包括洗手間的設備實施確實都比較殘舊，這些都在預想之中。但不滿意的是：即使設備舊，至少要保證能穩定運行，但實際體驗下來還是比較糟糕的：沖涼的花灑出水很小，不管怎麼調節水温，水都很燙，洗澡洗的不舒服。房間門的防盜鏈生銹，掛上之後要開門，使了很大勁才能拿下來，希望儘快更換。投影的音響是不錯，但分辨率太低，投到100寸的軟幕布上顆粒感比較明顯，關鍵是！酒店的wifi似乎並不穩定！手機騰訊視頻無法投屏，找不到對應的投影設備，一開始以為我自己的設備有問題，那好吧，我就看投影自帶的資源，結果倒好，看到一半，投影卡死了？！對，一動不動，然後用遙控回到首頁，提示無網絡連接？！試了幾次都解決不了，聯繫前台，説派師傅上門來查看，然後我就開燈（原本洗完躺床上看電影），下床，開門，等待，是我太傻，半小時了都沒人來，想着估計是外面趕過來的師傅，那先關門在房間等，等啊等啊等，等睡著了，也沒人來，所以我訂影音房，就是折騰了大半天都看不成電影，還浪費了時間等待，這體驗也忒差了吧！所以如果想嘗試影音房，體驗大屏投影的，還是不要有太高的期待，以免失望太大。希望酒店好好整改，給住客一個更好的使用體驗。另外提下：酒店的早餐比較普通，餐廳比較隱蔽，沒有明確的指示牌，餐廳較小，主要是酒店工作人員就餐用，所以買不買自助早餐就看大家自己的考慮了，以上建議希望酒店予以重視，衹有改進得越來越好，才會有更多的人選擇入住，希望維也納不要落寞，畢竟去了很多城市都會優先選擇維也納。

房間很大，很寬敞，也很乾凈，很舒適。由於是頂樓，空調不是很給力，製冷時間較長，洗澡間燈光較暗，桑拿房壞了不能用。周邊吃飯很方便。推薦入住。
