Although a good location and a nice room, the hotel is not equipped to host foreign guests.
There is a lack of willingness to help. When you ask for help in booking a taxi, they give you a number and tell you to do it yourself. This is not the service I expect from a hotel at that price. I have never encountered a hotel so unwilling to help in any way.
They did not help us to buy tickets for the mountain (which considering they are next to, is the one service they should provide! Every other hotel we have visited on our tour has helped us with attraction tickets). Foreigners cannot buy tickets without a Chinese ID. However, the hotel insisted we buy advance tickets, so we got a friend to help us instead. This was the wrong information: we were able to buy tickets on the day and could not use a friend’s ID! It is unacceptable to have such little information about the one tourist site next door; the only reason guests are staying in this remote location.
Our check-in also took longer than usual, and breakfast is apparently a ‘tour group’ style breakfast voucher. All in all, a disappointing stay. However as the hotel has a great location and nice rooms, this is easily fixable.

梵净山에 가기 편해요.
주차도 멀지않은 공용주차장에 넣을수 있어요.
환경은 너무 시끄럽고 어수선해요.
침대시트도 보송하지 않고 약간 축축해요.
세면대에서 물을 버리면 하수구로 역류했다가
시간이 지나면 내려가요.
헤어드라이기는 고장나 똑바로 서질 못해요.
븥잡고 겨우 말렸어요.
커피나 커피잔도 없어요.
조식은 맛이없는데
그나마 늦게 가면 먹을게 없어요.
호텔이라기엔 부당해요.

自駕遊玩梵凈山，住這裡是最方便了，距離1號停車場100米，酒店有停車卡免費，距離遊客中心也200多米，乾淨衞生，交通方便，早餐簡單了點，但周邊美食多多～

酒店位置很好，特別適合去登山的人，房間衞生方面也都不錯。特別是老闆很熱心。我們是昨天從鳳凰古城到梵凈山天福酒店，接近中午，擬明日登梵凈山。在酒店辦理住宿時，酒店主動給我們房屋升級，老闆同時建議我們當天去登山，説是那邊的天氣極易生變，中午上山也正合適。我們聽了老闆建議，上山後果然很好。真的謝謝熱心的老闆。

住在山腳下對第二天爬山太重要了。
酒店是為數不多有電梯的，對大箱子友好。
房間面積可以，比較乾淨
老闆不錯，送了早餐。品種不算多，有明檔煮粉，能吃飽

酒店就在景區門口，衞生乾淨，房間裏面竟然有地暖，我們還是第一次感受地暖，酒店就在美食街裏面，附近吃東西方便，送的早餐也不錯

房間設施很舊，一進去就看到巴掌大的蜘蛛🕷️，水壓不太行，水很小，忽冷忽熱，沙發下面很多垃圾。除了靠近進去沒什麼可以説的了

酒店位置距離梵凈山景區遊客中心很近，停車都用的是景區T1停車場（離店時酒店給停車券）。酒店新裝修過，房間明亮整潔，住宿相當愜意，尤其沒想到是早餐還有咖啡喝。訂該酒店時看攜程客户評價幾乎一致好評，住宿後感到名不虛傳。

去梵凈山景區自駕遊首選的酒店，就在景區的入口處商業街，周邊有餐館和超市。入住客人的車可以放在1號停車場，我們開的電車還順便充了電。房間的設施也比較乾淨，晚上睡覺很安靜，性價比很高。
