Location of the hotel is great, bed is comfortable
It was non-smoking room but there was a strong smell of dog in the room, not great..

攜程訂的就是這樣的待遇嗎？電話不能用，設施老舊，洗澡玻璃裏安裝的簾子竟然裡外都能看清，還不能調控！！！還好是一個人住，如果兩個人住，還能洗澡嗎？毫無私隱可言，住過最差的酒店

酒店有點舊，地毯有臭味，空調聲音很大！其他倒是還好，服務員也挺熱情，櫃子、洗漱台之類都還不錯！不過，估計江華也沒有什麼好一點的酒店了吧！

酒店在江華縣是最好的酒店了，維也納不愧是連鎖酒店，服務和衞生都是一流的，酒店有早餐，很好吃，有專門的洗衣房，因為指甲劈了，前台小哥哥服務態度很好，把自己的指甲刀特意幫忙送上房間。服務態度很好，因為我們是來出差，真的是有需求他們會盡最大的幫助給顧客。明年出差還會住這家。

灰常好，很不錯，服務員對待客人很禮貌，衞生也弄的很乾凈，周邊購物也非常方便，二樓還可以租房，比較有特色，提供的早餐有差不多四十種不同種類。

房間挺大，設施有點老舊了，門前即停車泊位，早餐比較簡單，菜品沒啥更多選擇，保潔阿姨服務態度很好，很親切。
