I specially booked a room for my parents to go out to play before May Day. I heard from my mother that the service of this store is very warm. Although the hotel is not very big, it is clean and tidy. The next door is Yanzhou Mansion. It is very convenient to eat and tastes very good. I can go to the Xin'an River for a walk at night, and it takes more than 10 minutes to walk there. It is very comfortable! This blind decision is really good, I will feel it myself next time.

Immediately Upon arrival the staff we're very welcoming and the hospitality felt genuine. There were complimentary snacks in the foyeur for the Qingming festival which kept the little one entertained whilst we dealt with a very swift check-in, The room was facing the river and immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. When we went swimming our daughter didn't have goggles to wear and was gratefully lent a set by the staff there. The Food was really great and our waitress Cindy helped us with every request we had for breakfast and on the second day, because we had to leave early, the front desk lady Alice also assisted us by preparing a take-away meal. The fact that the hotel opens into a very modern shopping center made sure that We throughly enjoyed our Stay and we highly recommend anyone else to stay.

The stay at the Crowne Plaza Thousand Island Lake was amazing. My friends and I were treated to great service and care. The staff is helpful, the food is Western and Chinese, the bar is good and the view is spectacular.

The ancient city of Yanzhou in Meicheng Town attracted me to the past, and the ”Banmeiju Jinglan Resort Hotel” left me to stay. Although I stayed for one night because of time, the tree-lined villas and winding paths on the top of the mountain pavilion made me remember to come again. The ”reclusive” I live in sees the distant mountains and rivers (Xin'an River) through the glass window. The beautiful scenery is self-evident, and the balcony has a wide view. The room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy, and everything is available.

The hotel is very close to the ancient city of Yanzhou, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to it at most. It is nice to take a walk along the river after dinner, and you can also watch performances in the ancient city. Facilities: I booked a parent-child LOFT room. There is a 1.8M large bed on each floor, two bathrooms, and a small tent and toys for children upstairs, which is also very considerate. The overall feeling is that the room is relatively large, which is just right for our family of three. There are chairs and tables outside the room, which is very friendly to men who smoke. Breakfast is on the M floor (B1 floor), and the category is not particularly rich. It would be more perfect if there were more varieties. At the same time, there is a swimming pool and a small playground for children to play on this floor, as well as a children's reading area. At the same time, the hotel also provided us with a welcome meal, which can be used for dinner or lunch during the stay. Overall, I am quite satisfied with this hotel. The check-in experience is also good

We arrived a little early, as soon as we arrived at the hotel lobby, the front desk was very enthusiastic, asked about early check-in, and took the initiative to upgrade the room for free. Thank you very much. The hotel is relatively new and can smell a faint decoration. The room is very large and clean. The big bed is very comfortable. The room facilities can be controlled by Xiao Du voice, the bathroom is very dry and wet, the cleaning aunt is also very enthusiastic, will ask what service is needed, in addition, the hotel breakfast variety is many, the taste is good, the most important service attitude is really good, but unfortunately did not take photos, To sum up, this price is very cost-effective.

It is a merely 3 years old hotel but everything looks pretty worn. The swimming pool is nice but not as nice as on photos. The kids indoor playground is nice for kids under 5. But for the rest, it is not really worth the 5 star. The room design is rather weird. We booked a superior family room with 1 queen bed and 1 single. The size is okay with a balcony. But there is only 1 chair on the balcony. The toilet is facing the bed directly and the shower as well. There is no any privacy for the guests sharing the room. Even with your own child, you deserve some privacy I suppose. The wash table is right next to the bed which is also weird. The overall design is not well thought to my opinion. The breakfast hall is huge but the quality of the food is disappointing (not the worst but definitely not best for a 5 star). The lady standing in front of the breakfast hall for welcoming the guests is always grumpy. The price is too high for what you get in general. But anyway, the island is way too pricy for what it can offer. Will not return any time soon. And the toilet in our room stinks a little.

A lot of Chinese TV channels, one russian, arabic, french and spanish each, but no english TV channel.

The little girl helped us carry the suitcase to the third floor alone, which was a great compliment🥹! The room is decorated very warmly, with a modern and ancient style, just like what is shown on the Internet. The only thing is that the tiles at the entrance and bathroom are mottled and feel that they can't be washed clean. The floor looks very comfortable but there is dust on it. Fortunately, after calling the front desk, the cleaning staff came to mop the floor quickly. What is worth praising is that everything is available, toothbrushes and soaps are prepared in advance, the air conditioner is turned on for me in advance, and there is also a portion of fruit and drinks every day. As for the travel packages, since we came in the summer and brought a one-year-old baby, it was too hot outside, so the main places to play were the Gua Gua Park on the second floor of the lobby and the outdoor infinity pool (the scenery was great, the water was not dirty, and the pool was a little small). Oh, there was also a cute pet park that was also OK, with several small animals to feed. On the second night, I took a taxi to Yanzhou Ancient Town. Don't hold too high hopes. It's just a street. It's OK to take pictures. I bought a stinky tofu-flavored rice cake. Food: There are many types of buffet breakfast, and the taste is neither good nor bad. I recommend pot stickers and rice balls. The noodles are not delicious. For dinner, we ate at the Yelu Restaurant. The Jiande dishes we ordered were OK. I didn't try the 120-person buffet dinner, so I won't comment on it.
