I've stayed at this budget hotel many times when I'm in Ji'an for business trips! The room cleanliness is impeccable, the sheets and blankets are spotless, and it's a very comfortable stay. I have to give it a good review! The location is also great; you can stroll around Nengren Lane when you're resting.

This hotel offers an exceptionally high level of service. The facilities and environment are also excellent. There's a sweet, unassuming young woman with glasses and a red armband who is incredibly kind and goes out of her way to assist guests. The breakfast is fantastic!

The room is very clean and the decoration is very new. I lived once last year. I thought of the all-season hotel for the first time this year.

I rarely leave reviews on Ctrip, but this hotel really left me speechless. 1. I stayed for three days. After using the tea bags on the first day, they were never replenished by the staff. Not sure what that was about. 2. On the day of checkout, the front desk allowed a one-hour late checkout. However, when I left and returned to my room, and even when opening the door to get takeout, the staff kept asking if we were checking out or extending our stay, and when we would be leaving. They asked three times in total, making it feel like they were trying to rush us out. Don't worry, we won't be coming back for a second visit. 3. The young lady at the front desk was initially very enthusiastic and added me on WeChat to ask for a good review. She first assigned me a room with a locked inner door 😅. After I requested a room change, she didn't manage her WeChat notes properly. When I asked her via WeChat for a late checkout, she messed up the room number and the late checkout wasn't processed. I was sitting in the lobby and overheard them talking about the WeChat message. The young lady claimed the guest had just messaged her, but it had actually been at least half an hour ago 😅. 4. My takeout order was delivered to the wrong room. Even though the order had a virtual phone number, no one contacted me. After waiting for a long time, I called the front desk only to be told it was delivered incorrectly and they would bring it to me. I have to wonder, if I hadn't called, would my takeout ever have arrived? 😅 5. The bar staff were incredibly unprofessional. During peak hours, you should at least have a server who can tell the difference between basic spirits, right? 😅 Overall, it was just a completely bizarre experience with strange people and a strange hotel 😅.

The room wasn't very big, and the renovation seemed a bit old, but overall it looked okay. The only problem was the mosquitoes; I got bitten while sleeping. The front desk service was excellent and polite. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby and beautiful scenery. There's also a billiards room upstairs.

However, the warm service of the two local beauties mentioned above, in addition to the service operating standards, also requires people's inner enthusiasm and empathy for service, which is the most noteworthy thing about this stay experience. Before leaving, ”Xiao Yin” also prepared water and fruits for easy consumption during the trip, and also prepared a membership card holder, which is the first warm service I have seen in the Hilton Hampton series, which made me overjoyed.
