I chose this hotel because it is just a few kilometres away from the high speed railway station. I was there on a weekend, and it seemed like a popular place for locals to come and socialize with friends - but I couldn't hear my neighbours in the room. Breakfast was fine. Overall the hotel gave exactly what it promised in its listing.

I arrived at 8 PM. The hotel said they were late and there were no good rooms available, only noisy ones. They offered an upgrade to a business room, but the business room was smaller than the double room I booked, and it was also the outermost room facing the road, just as noisy. Shouldn't the hotel have reserved a good room for me? They said I arrived late, it was first-come, first-served, and the good rooms were all taken, leaving only one extremely noisy room with an air conditioner unit and boiler. The front desk said it was so noisy I couldn't sleep. Then they offered an upgrade to a business room, which was even smaller than the double room I booked. What kind of upgrade is that? It's a tiny room, and it's right next to the road, just as noisy; I could hear cars driving by. The front desk said there were only two rooms left: the last business room and the last double room. It was a choice between the worst and the worst, a room that was only slightly less bad. It seemed like they gave me two options, but both were terrible rooms. They made it sound nice that one room was too noisy, but every guest assigned to that room said they wanted to check out, meaning I had no choice at all. So, you can choose two rooms, but in reality, you can only choose the business room. Since every guest cancels their reservation, shouldn't this room be left unoccupied? Instead, they changed you to an even worse room, completely ruining your experience. Avoid this hotel! The front desk staff were also rude. 👎👎

Although the room is not equipped with bathroom fixtures, it is a bit old, but it does not affect the use. The breakfast is very rich. The soup noodles, steamed buns and siu mai are all delicious. The service staff is also enthusiastic. The only two shortcomings are: 1. The position of the bathroom door is not suitable. It is easy to bump into people when pushing the door. 2. There is no full-length mirror and a desk. If they are matched, it will be perfect. Luling is the hometown of talents. Qingyuan Mountain is very beautiful. Jizhou Kiln and Diaoyuan Ancient Village are also very good. Menghui Luling has a beautiful night view. I have gained a lot during the May Day holiday. I hope to come again if I have the opportunity.
