Great stay. Rooms were clean, and the staff Elisha and Leah were friendly and accommodating to our out of town guest!

We booked a non smoking room and had to stay in a smoking room as they had nothing else available. The front desk clerk was kind and offered some air freshener but was not helpful in getting rid of the thick smoky odor. Needless to say did not sleep well.

The staff is amazing very friendly and professional!! The property is very clean and you can tell the staff takes pride in their work place!! Will definitely stay here again!!

Not Disability friendly, policy to sign for service animals and placed in a "pet designated" room which usually smells like pee and poop. ADA Federal law FORBIDS as a service animal is not a pet, and in no way should a disabled person be required to stay in any different accommodations than a regular individual. So i was charged for staying in a non-pet friendly room. Its been turned over to the Illinois persons with disabilities act. Further more, i came and went with my dog on my shoulder pouch for two days, no one had the courtesy to call and ask if i had a dog, one of the managers tried to force her way into my room clearly marked "Do Not Disturb" with an extra latch on, thank goodness as i was half dressed. She stated she needed to check the room, i was mortified and asked if she saw the sigh... very low class, uninformed and tacky individuals. I've stayed at the Ritz and never had one question, no declaration, no signatures, and never ever relegated to a Pet Friendly room as my animal is AKC Regestered Service and therapy.. not a fly by night fake by any means. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Plus there was no chair in the room, the desk was tacky, the drain on the sink was malfunctioning and the bathtub plug did not work.

Unsafe bath/shower, few tv channels, poor lighting for reading and furniture missing pieces . Will find alternative lodging next time.

The staff was excellent. We were there for a wedding and this was perfect for us.

We found the staff quite friendly and helpful! The rooms were very clean and breakfast was a social event of l The travelers!! We will return and stay when we visit the Grafton area again

We got the large room with 3 queen sized beds. The room was okay. Not the best quality, not the most clean. The biggest problem was the air conditioning in our room wasn't working. So it was VERY hot. They offered to move us to another room, but it would only be two queen beds. We needed the 3 and has paid for 3.
