I genuinely don't understand where these high ratings come from. The service was absolutely terrible. We left our Dyson hairdryer in the bathroom, and when we called to inquire, they claimed it wasn't there. The moment I said I was going to call the police, it was found in less than a minute.

Great hotel. In an excellent location with easy access to trains and restaurants. Only issue was bathroom door was broken and did not close properly and bathroom sink leaked.

I extended my stay for a few more days and, as usual, I was completely satisfied. 👍 The room even came equipped with dish soap, a dish sponge, a cleaning cloth, and hand soap. They also thoughtfully provided a can opener and a peeler – such attention to detail!
