OK but the rooms could have been cleaner. The cleaning fluid they use to clean bathroom leaves a residue. It is sticky so not a good choice. They switched our room and the next room had the same problem. The couch pullout bad was not very comfortable. Like sleeping on a hammock with springs. Main bed was OK.

Excellent location, right next to PATH station, which in ~20 min gets you to the Times square or WTC. Rooms are very spacious, area around is great. There are shopping centres, Target, etc near by. Riverside walk, which is less than 100 meters from the hotel, turned out to be our daily affair as it provided a beautiful night scene of the Downton NYC skyline.
