전주민속마을을 보고 코로나19 때문에 민속마을 게스트하우스가 싫어서 솔호텔을 이용했습니다. 트윈룸을 사용했는데 가격도 괜찮고 청결하며 침대도 편했습니다. 다만 화장실문이 투명유리도 되어 있어 볼 일을 볼 때 매우 불편했으며, 시설물 중 헤어드라이어가 작동은 됐는데 스위치가 고장나서 치솔 끄트머리를 이용해서 겨우 켰다 껐다 해야 했고 손잡이도 고장나 있었습니다. 또한 휴대전화 충전기는 있었으나 고장난 상태였습니다. 시설물에 대한 관리자의 세심한 관심이 필요합니다.

굉장히 친절하셨어요. 2박했는데 불편한거 하나 없이 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 한옥마을과는 거리가 조금 있긴 한데 택시 타거나 운전하면 금방이라 크게 불편하진 않았어요.
