Jeju Sunshine Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The service was particularly impressive; the front desk staff spoke fluent Chinese, making check-in and check-out incredibly efficient. The concierge was proactive in helping with luggage and patiently recommended local restaurants and attractions. The hotel is only a 5-minute drive from the airport and offers a free shuttle service. It's also within walking distance of Shilla and Lotte Duty-Free shops, as well as Baojian Street. The room was spacious and comfortable, with soft bedding, ensuring a very restful stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Jeju!

The room was pretty good. The decor is a bit dated, but: 1. It was clean and tidy. 2. The soundproofing was decent. Even though it's on a main street, I slept well and wasn't disturbed by noise at night. 3. It's very close to the duty-free shop, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Food delivery can also be sent to the front desk. 4. The front desk staff effortlessly switched between English, Chinese, and Korean, making communication smooth. The cleaning lady always greeted me with a smile, and the doorman warmly said goodbye when I left. 5. Check-out is at 11 AM, but you can store your luggage for free downstairs. 6. Korean duty-free shops are just too good! I'll definitely consider staying at this hotel again next time I visit!

Service: There's a free airport shuttle. It runs at 9:30 AM, 10:30 AM, and 11:30 AM. For those who need it, please note there are no afternoon services.

Located on the main street in the city center, it's incredibly convenient and safe. It's within walking distance to Baojianlu Pedestrian Street, as well as the Shilla and Lotte Duty-Free shops. A taxi from the airport takes about 10 minutes and costs around 6,000 Korean Won, which is about 30 RMB. The room was also very clean. It's super convenient for dining, accommodation, and shopping. Highly recommend!

An established five-star hotel that's decent but a bit dated in decor. It's clean and tidy, and the staff are all very polite. It's super convenient, only an 8-minute taxi ride from the airport! You can walk to Shilla Duty-Free Shop, Baogian Road, and Qixing Road, which are all about 1km away.

The room was okay, quite clean, but the bathroom was a bit small. The location is excellent, with two convenience stores right downstairs, and it's very close to Shilla Duty Free. However, it's a very old hotel, and the toilet isn't smart, giving the whole place an outdated feel. Six hundred plus a night feels a bit overpriced for what it is.

The shower has excellent water pressure and ample hot water, which is very refreshing. It's great value for money, perfect for friends visiting Jeju for shopping and sightseeing. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

I always give good reviews. The service was excellent, truly excellent. All hotel staff were very friendly. They even offer airport shuttle service, and for the drop-off, they used a Mercedes-Benz GL8! On a different note, I found the room to have a strange vibe. The mirror was facing the bed, and the facilities were quite old. You can make of that what you will.
