Service: I was here in end Jan 2024, there was a Korean guy manning the counter but it was the worst service. He did not give any instructions and did not offer any help. I was carrying 2 luggages, 1 backpack and etc.
Location: It seems near to the airport but not that near also. Need about 15 mins of travelling time from the hotel to airport.
Even the signal in the area was bad as compared to other area. Cant book taxi easily.

The photos look much better than the room we had. The planes were loud. There is a cu right at the entrance of the carpark, that was amazing. Free parking for hotel guests.

The staff was really friendly and decent at speaking English too. The location was great, facing the sea and overall experience great. For cleanliness, the bathroom needed a bit more attention - decent but could be better

It is clean and the view is good however it is not as close to the airport as it seems. It is situated on the other side of the airport so it will take about 30 minutes to get there with transportation. Walking would be almost impossible (1-2hours)
