The room itself was decent, and you could see the ocean right from it. The location is good, just about a ten-minute taxi ride from Aewol-eup. There's a CU convenience store downstairs, which is really handy for buying things. There's also a Starbucks about 100-200 meters away on foot. The sea view from downstairs is pretty nice too. The only downside is that the room facilities are a bit old; the sliding door to the toilet was a bit broken and sometimes wouldn't open.

Great location, fantastic views, and good value for money. Highly recommended!

Do not get taken in by the photo. When we arrived, we were so shocked by how old the place looks compared to the picture. The lobby was empty, there's no one by the door at anytime, only the receptionist and they barely acknowledge you till you queue and reach them. They are not fluent in English or Chinese, barely able to communicate at all, till google translate. The room looks like the picture but doesn't look like the picture as well, everything is in the right place but it looks nothing like the pictures. Way less bright, way less glam, and everything is broken literally. Our tap is faulty, it's a struggle to use the basin everyday. The curtain fell and was lying on the floor. The hook for your towel is broken and dangling. The charging socket is broken and can't charge. The shower leaks water even if you're not using then rain shower. And they only allow request of additional 2 bottles of water. Mini bar is fully chargeable. There is no smart TV or any phone screen mimicking, so the TV is useless. You want to pull the curtains? Gotta climb up the tub and walk on it and pull. All in all, very disappointing and not worth my money. It is considered affordable but tbh you could do better. I would've booked another hotel instantly if this was refundable 5 mins inside the room. 3 out of 10 for me.

We booked the ocean view room a month ago, and ask for away from the elevator, but we found that our room just next to the elevator. Then I went to the reception and asked the lady. At first, she was only willing to speak Korean to me. We didn’t speak Korean, so we had to communicate in English throughout the process, which was no problem. But when I talked to my husband in Chinese, she heard me. Or just communicate with me in English. It wasn't until she finally realized that there was really no way to solve the problem that she was willing to communicate in Chinese. And the last day I went to the reception for asking the weighing scale, the same lady saw me and just try to push me away from the reception. I don't know is there any manager in the reception that time or not, but why that lady try to let me stay away from the reception ? Any problem with that I was asking for weighing scale ?? Not that good experience in this hotel 🫠

Good location. Standard service and amenities. Many parking slots

The room I booked has a jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful sea view. The decor has old European style to it. Pretty romantic. The room is a bit small but is clean and well maintained. There a few restaurants and cafes within walking distance and I can continue to enjoy the sea view while eating my meals or drinks.

Free access to the infinity pool: The pool is a good size, not too big and not too small, perfect for kids to play in. The room offers direct sea views, and the hotel breakfast is also very rich. It's a really great sea view hotel on the island. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Overall good hotel. Just suggestion to overall improve cleaning(shower , etc).

Clean and spacious room. Nearby there's convenience stores and live music. One thing I have an issue with was that they didn't allow food deliveries which was a shame

I highly don't recommend you staying here, unless you are Korean. I booked this ocean suite room for USD 200 ++ per night Cons (BAD) : 1. Check in - the reception guy who served me was ok and know little to no english. most can't speak english 2. Need to sign a form to note that you CANNOT bring in outside food into the room, no food delivery into the hotel room. 3. I asked the front desk for chopsticks as we were making 711 cup ramens to eat, THEY DO NOT HAVE IT. we are also not allow to take it from the restaurant. I'm in South Korea and the hotel do not have chopsticks to provide to their customers, no even fork & spoons are provided in the hotel. this is really bad. They will ask you to go to 711 or CU to buy chopsticks. 4. It was end march and the weather was kind of cooling and nice but the heater is stil on and when we asked the front desk, they said they cannot turn on airconditioning because the weather still cold. the room was extremely warm but we cant turn on the aircon. So we asked for a fan, open the balcony door to let some cool air in. HORRIBLE. 5. The taps for both cold and hot water, the cold water tap was obviously very loose and need to take a few turns to get it right. 6. The daily room service, they changed the towels only, DID NOT provide us with more tea/coffee, DID NOT make the bed and WORST, did not even bother to bring the cups in from the balcony. 7. The room power plugs are not international or with USBs, bring your own international adapters. 8. The location of this hotel is 30 mins drive from jeju city. Please make sure you rent a car. Pros (GOOD) : 1 - Good view (unless you book the ocean view suites) 2- Size of room and bathroom, very big.

Dyne Oceano Hotel was amazing. Lovely location, plentiful facilities, and great service. The rooftop infinity pool was heated. The spa bath was very relaxing and had panoramic views of the ocean. The perfect stay. Highly recommended and we hope to be back soon.
