Damires Hills Farm and Spa Resort

My kids enjoy the pool. There are many trees and plants, it's beautiful to look at and relaxing. The food is ok, but there aren't many choices. The place is nice especially if you want to exercise your body by walking. You just need to have signage or a map so you know where to go or what else you can explore in the area.

The new room villa with private dipping pool was cozy, nice and clean, providing a comfortable and welcoming space for us to relax. The layout was spacious, with plenty of room for everyone. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, which made it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of activities. The décor was tastefully done, and the room was well-maintained, creating a peaceful environment for our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful place to spend quality time with loved ones. We also had free daily massage, breakfast for 4, free zipline, access to canopy walk and farm tour

If you are looking for a relaxing getaway surrounded by greenery, nature, and a countryside atmosphere, Damires Hills Resort is an excellent choice. This was my second visit, and I was pleased to see many positive changes that made the resort even more enjoyable. The scenic views, swimming pools, canopy walk, and various activities truly enhanced the overall experience. The food was outstanding delicious, well-prepared, and worth the price. Thankyou to Chef Ryan for preparing such delicious meal. The restaurant staff were highly accommodating, attentive, and proactive, ensuring our needs were met without us even having to ask. service was commendable. Shout out to (Lani, Jun, and Helena) Thankyou for taking care of us everytime we dine. I also appreciated the warm hospitality of Ms. Irish despite being busy, she consistently checked on us during our meals and made us feel genuinely welcome. Her professionalism and generosity were greatly valued. Overall, our stay was very pleasant. However, one incident during breakfast was quite disappointing. A man, later introduced to us as the General Manager, was openly scolding and speaking harshly and badmouthing to his staff in front of guests. This was unprofessional and created an uncomfortable dining atmospher. As a leader, it’s important to address staff privately and not badmouth them in front of guests. This behavior was very unprofessional and disappointing, especially from someone in that position. As guests, it was disheartening to witness such behavior. Despite this concern, we still enjoyed our vacation, and I hope the management will take steps to ensure their leadership reflects the same professionalism and warmth shown by the rest of the staff. With this improvement, Damires Hills Resort has the potential to deliver an even more exceptional guest experience.

we went there to try their restaurant as a walk in guest(first time). our experience at the restaurant is just okay. ambiance is top tier. however, the prices are not worth the quality, portioning and taste of the food (opinion only). during our departure, there was an incident that happened to us at the parking area. we heard one of the staff said that the same incident happened from the past because of lack of lightings and guiding directions around the parking area. kudos to the gentlemen from security team and maintenance team who helped us. we hope the management should address the concerns so that the same incident will not happen again in the future.

We visited Damires Hills for the first time, but the experience was a letdown. Despite the heavy rain, we were charged the full entrance fee, which seemed unfair considering the tour wasn't exactly enjoyable in the downpour. When I expressed my frustration to the staff, they seemed unbothered and unhelpful. The wait for the electric car was ridiculously long. The area itself needs renovation, with leaking roofs and an overall neglected feel. Since we'd paid for entrance, we decided to dine at their restaurant, which was the only part of the facility that was operational. The waiter who served us was a breath of fresh air - polite, courteous, and attentive. If Damires Hills could shift its focus to being more customer-oriented, it could truly be a wonderful destination. As it stands, the staff's attitude and lack of empathy left a sour taste. Maybe it's time for them to revamp their services and prioritize their customers' experiences?

Beautiful place and amazing staff, but lots of ants in the room - in the toilet, on the desk, on the bed. Only espresso cups available in the room, no proper coffee cups. Thin walls. We can hear people laughing outside and in the next room. Bed sheets were dirty as well.

The food was delicious at the Balay Uma Restaurant. We ordered Kalderetang Kambing, Beef Salpicao, and Cansi. It is best to go there early as it takes time to prepare the food.

The shower heads near the pool area are disgusting, I had to use the faucet, they should change them Overall, the trip was great I hope when I get back the ATV is fixed
