Located at the heart of the city. All modes of transportation available. Nice and clean within the budget. Cooperative and gentle staffs. Bus stand at walking distance. Atm’s and market within walking distance. Service is quick and prompt. Checkin and checkout was fast.

I already told for late check in but At 12 they locked the Doors. After 1 hour of knocking at door they opened the door and when I asked about my booking they refused and said that there is no booking at my Name. After showing my booking ID then they behaved Gentle. There is no parking space and they disturb me at 5 AM in morning for my vehicle. Overall experience was worst

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of jammu, making it an ideal choice for both tourists and business travellers. The surrounding area is lively, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions within walking distance. Public transportation was also easily accessible, making it convenient to explore the rest of the city. Location: the hotel’s prime location is a major highlight. Situated near ragunath temple, it allowed me to explore the city effortlessly. Whether i wanted to visit market or enjoy the local nightlife, everything was just a stone’s throw away. Despite being in a busy part of town, the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful. Food: the dining options at the hotel were exceptional. I had breakfast at their in-house restaurant, which offered a variety of both dishes. The buffet was well-organised, with fresh and delicious options ranging from fruits, pastries, and cereals. The service at the restaurant was also attentive, and the ambiance was perfect for a relaxing meal. Service: what truly made the stay special was the impeccable service. From the moment i checked in, the staff was courteous and welcoming. They were eager to help with recommendations and directions, and any requests were promptly addressed. The room was always spotless after returning from a day out. The concierge went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Overall, my stay at kc residency was a memorable experience. The combination of a great location, excellent food, and outstanding service makes this hotel a top choice. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting jammu, whether for business or leisure.

Exceptional experience, thoroughly impressed, modern decor and spacious room with comfortable bed, plush pillows, soft duvet and a separate sitting area made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean and spotless, with amenities as stated. Really appreciate warm food service from kitchen staff. The room had everything i needed, including a desk, chair, intercom and ample storage space. The room had a great view of the city skyline. Bathroom was clean and modern, with a walk-in shower and plenty of towels. The staff were friendly and accommodating going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Near to jammu airport and the hotel has variety of options to suite every taste. A night to remember, impressed and delighted, a perfect gateway with relaxing retreat. I would definitely stay here again! really a home away home.

- The hotel location is good. The only challenge is the continuous railway announcements coming to you. But that is bearable. - The front desk is really helpful. I was tired from a trip and they helped me check in a couple of hours before the scheduled check-in time seeing my tiredness. - Good ambience overall with a separate dining area and secured lifts. - The toilet (room# 201) was dirty - specifically the WC. - Bathroom exhaust fan is too noisy. - No wardrobes. - Delayed service - asked for shower caps as caps are available on de***d only. It took almost an hour to deliver after repetitive calls. - They need to consider providing an electric water kettle in the room seriously. The common area service for tea/coffee and hot water is good. But does not provide the right level of service and comfort. - If someone wants to drink multiple glasses of warm water, the person needs to go and sit there. - Morning tea, you need to go outside the room I think considering the cost of an electric kettle, it could be more economical and ***ageable.
