The location is very good! Only 1 minute walk to Busway/TransJakarta, 15~20 minutes walk to Jakarta Kota railway station/KAI. I was staying at 5th floor, room cleaning staffs Ady and Yogi were quite helpful, therefore I could stay comfortable.

The gem hotel is super cost-effective overall, the waiter is warm! Hotel facilities are relatively simple, because the bathroom does not have ventilation equipment, the room smells!

Checking in and out was easy and staff was friendly. Room is large, bed is comfy and bathroom is fully equipped with hot water. Breakfast was below par and I wasn't expecting such poor choice of food for a Novotel hotel. Proximate to Glodok, Jakarta's Chinatown, which is around 10 minutes walk. Travel to other parts of Jakarta is easy but be prepared for the traffic jams.
