Beautiful property. Luxury rooms. The property is tucked away from the city. Peaceful. There is a tennis court & heated pool. Daily Poolside puppet show, live music & dance during dinner. Food is great. Excellent spa. Outstanding service. Great restaurants in the property. Golf cats are available within the property for transportation. Peacocks are roaming around in the grounds.

Bimal is amazing we just had our perfect afternoon with a private sunset high tea at Naila Fort! He was super helpful, funny and kind! Everything has been amazing so far! We have a few more days left here I’m sure we will enjoy it!

This has got to be my favourite place on earth. The personal touches are just so beautiful and the staff become your family. We loved the layout and the privacy. The spa is amazing and the food is fantastic.

In the month of April.. I came for dinner at Suryamahal restaurant and excellent service was provided. I and my family were so thankful to the ***ager Mr ***jeet Singh ... the way he provided the services was very appreciable ! I will recommend everyone to visit this restaurant.. I have visited ***y restaurants but this was the best restaurant I have ever visited.. Thanks to ***jeet.. Really appreciable work!

One person that i would like to mention is ranveer,he was really kind and pampered us a lot, do ask for him whenever you come to restraunt.Special mention to yati from housekeeping

The best experience at the Surya Mahal restaurant. My fiance planned a special birthday dinner for me and it was one of the best birthdays ever. All of the food items and drinks were as per my liking and the authentic music was like a cherry on the cake. Special mention to the restaurant ***ager Mr. ***jeet Singh who took care of all the things since the beginning of the day from breakfast to dinner he was at our service, he also recommended some brilliant vegetarian dishes and the complimentary birthday drink was the best. Thanks to Mr. ***jeet and his team. Highly recommended.

To start this review we want to make it clear that we visited 4 Oberoi properties during our recent tour and our review is based on the high bar set by all oberoi properties. This was our least favourite property of the 4 we visited (Delhi, Agra, Ranthambore), we had the worst service in the restaurant, which was recovered by a very apologetic team, we raised our concerns and we left feeling we had been heard and satisfied. The reason this is not higher review is for the two main reasons Repairs and Cleaning. It was by far the most visibly run down of the properties with worn parasol, flaking paint and just tired look for everything outside, upkeep must be hard due to the size. The other is cleanliness, rooms were ok some minor issues, the real issue here is the outside areas, in other hotels there were teams keeping this spotless, we didn’t see anyone here. The bird mess on everything, by the pool and walkways (not just from the 150 loud peacocks) ,the roof of out buildings were caked in it. There were marks and stains on all walkways it just didn’t meet the standard Oberoi set, it was to be honest the first thing we noticed about the hotel. Here is the only place the general ***ager saw us a few times and just nodded at us and walked by, in other hotels it was these people that made the stay special, this one didn’t appear to have time for his guests in the same way the others did. The team were all willing and trying, but you didnt feel the leadership was there like at others. I think it was enough that we probably wouldn’t return to this one if we came back, maybe skip and try another brand.

Impeccable service with very friendly staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Will surely be back in future for a more extended stay. The place was very clean and the staff was very accommodative. A must visit in Jaipur.

Amazingly Beautiful Property. A very enjoyable stay. Friendliness , Politeness , Care for Guests , Housekeeping and Food all are really the Best .The typical Oberoi way of making every guest feel so special
