This hotel is a horrible one. We had an unfortunate experience with the hotel. Our guests, arriving from Peru to Jaipur and checked into The FourPointsbySheraton. Hired a car from Four Points by Sheraton to take us to Chowki Dhani Jaipur. Shockingly, the designated driver was heavily intoxicated, heavily drunk and because the guest did not know the language and was not sure of his behavior, causing a severe accident on a flyover. Passengers were injured, one with a broken collarbone. And the others internally injured and traumatized. Despite being in a Four Points by Sheraton-branded car, the driver fled the scene, or may be the hotel asked his to leave the accident place leaving us stranded. Regrettably, General ***ager Lokesh Upadhyay failed to provide any assistance or even talk about the incident. Never accepted this from a Marriot group hotel. How can the driver be drunk on Duty? How can the hotel ***agement not check the status of the driver? How can Four Point by Sheraton do this? How can the driver run away from the accident spot.?
