Worst experience. Not fit for single star category. After repeated attempts they sent person to check the pipeline for hot water but failed to repair.

Great experience and good cooperating staff members. Enjoyed the stay at Jagrati Ananta and will be looking to come back in future as well..... The staff was cooperative in respect to all the requests and the food was also very good and delicious.

Overall experience was average, neither better nor worse you can consider good. Some issues we have faced like yesterday television was not working, we asked for help but no one was able to resolve. Exhaust was not available at bathroom. Breakfast was very limited

The property staff are little rude. Got a call for payment settlement at 2:00Am which very unlikely and disturbing. The bathroom has leaking water problem. The shower was also not working properly.

The room was perfect to stay, and the best part was the mattress, the space of the room was cool and also they have provided a good pool stuff. The interior also worked very good in terms of views, the staff was very polite with all the facilities expected.

Poor in terms of services. Bathroom shower was not working. Wifi not available in rooms. TV only work if you want to watch, replacing set topbox from one room to another.
