Wonderful place in the center of Jaipur! We stayed at the hotel The Fern Residency Jaipur for four days, and spent several times at the roof top where they offer nice food and drinks. Relaxing and good atmosphere. Outmost good service from Primal. Recommend!

The reception staff Ms Heena is very cooperative and helpful for guest and always smiling. In restaurant Ms Priya and Mr V***n has very cooperative and smiling with serving and food is very yummy and tasty. The above staff has surprise celebration of our 40th Anniversary. Thanks

***y things were unacceptable during this trip. We were a group of 5 friends who requested a triple room and a double room. 1. When we arrived there was no third bed in the triple room and it had not been set up for 3 people (not enough towels or water etc.). As we were going out for a few hours, we asked that this be sorted out whilst we were out. We were out for 3 hours, and upon our return, nothing had changed. 2. In both rooms, sheets and bedding were dirty. We had to ask twice for the bedding to be changed and made sure that there were no stains on any of the beds. The same issue happened again when the sheets were changed the following day. 3. The actual room was dirty with questionable stains on the curtains and dirty handprints all over the walls. 4. Room service and breakfast leave something to be desired. Cold food. 5. Walls are very thin, sounds like elephants are in the hotel when walking around.

The stay was good, as such no complaints, value for money the staff was cooperative food was also not bad only the thing is that there should be smoking rooms so that the person can smoke without any issue in the room and will not require to ho outside

A very pleasant stay at The Fern property . We got a good deal from makemytrip which was 5500 for 2rooms without breakfast. The staff if good and the best thing is their 100feet above swimming pool with a great bar . The food could be better btw..

Nice and clean hotel, best rooms best service best food all the best monuments are nearby. Roof top is also very good best part is room are neat and clean and rooftop pool area . We enjoy the evening at the rooftop . Thanks to all the staff for this type of service.

The hotel is very nice and staff is very helpful specially housekeeping staff. Spa was really good. It like the service very much. Roof top is just aswm. Like to visit it again for sure. Room are very neat and clean. All the hotel staff is very cooperative. Thanks to all of you guys.

I ´m very happy for my séjour in The Fern. I m go to India for my business and I like my travel. Dommage de ne pas avoir de WiFi dans tout l’hôtel. Dommage que la piscine soit remplie de pigeons. Le personnel est tres gentil ! Merci pour tout et à très très bientôt
