The pillows were the fluffiest. The front desk and fnb staff team especially Mr radhey was very helpful. Very impressive staff and services. Keep going team shiv vilas. Also kudos to Mr vishnu (duty ***ager) very impressive person. Recommend to all friends

Went there for a wedding. The hotel welcome was so grand, we stayed in suite room with pool facing view, room was bore clean. The pool was kept very clean. Love the service and hospitality, special mention Mr Vishnu ( front office) who showed professionalism every time

One of the best hotel I have visited, the staff was very much courteous. At the time of check in Mr Vishnu choudhary was fantastic. When went to restaurant Mr radhey was provided the best service and other staff was also taking our care. Food was awesomely tasty and can't compared. I love to saty at this palace. The best place to stay in Jaipur. The rooms were comfortable, with all necessary amenities. A personal touch every evening by the housekeeping was appreciated. The food and the staff in the restaurant were par excellence. The front office staff Mr. Satya very helpful. Enjoyed every moment of our stay here. Thank you

Awesome place for weddings and pre-wedding shoots. It was wonderful and comfortable place. Food was good with lot of options. Restaurant staff very polite and prompt special ***ager Mr Radhey did great job. Hotel lobby is so beautiful and huge and Mr Vishnu lobby ***ager also so good in his work....
