I booked in September 2023 ( although to be able to post this review I had to select August 2023) for two nights to attend a family function. Booked on 2nd August for nights of 16th and 17th September and was asked to pay nonrefundable 50%) which I paid. However due to unavoidable change in priorities, we had to postpone our journey till December 2023. I informed them on 7th August as soon as I knew our change of plans. They refused to acknowledge the credit for my deposit paid ( remember I didn't ask for refund) beyond September 30. This is the first time in India, I found a ***agement which feels it is OK to grab advance without providing service even if the intimation is done well in advance. The usual practice everywhere is, they allow to to use that credit the next time you visit, usually within 3 to 6 months. Thus, at the least, please be extra careful with this property since ***agement is greedy.
