"The room was great overall. Although it had a bit of an older feel, the facilities didn't seem outdated at all. The service was also excellent, and the location was very convenient. There were many local delicacies right across the street downstairs, and getting around was super easy. I had a really good experience."

Sintra Restaurant which located on 1st floor, offering an array of international cuisines and authentic Portuguese wines on offer. The hotel meeting and banquet facilities offer a range of venues and high-tech equipment. The Business Center includes full secretarial services, fax machines and internet access.

"The room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy, and the bathroom even had a bathtub. Although the decor felt a bit dated, showing its age, it was a very comfortable stay. The bed was large, and the bedding was completely odorless and spotless. I chose a non-smoking room, and there was indeed no lingering scent of second-hand smoke, which was great. Since the windows were tightly shut, it felt a little stuffy upon check-in. The surrounding area is bustling with commercial streets and many brand-name shops. Across the street, there's New Yaohan for shopping, and it's only a five-minute walk to Grand Lisboa. The transportation is very convenient, and it's also great for walking, perfect for friends planning a city walk. The service was excellent; staff would always proactively open doors or help with luggage into the elevator whenever we encountered them at the entrance or by the elevators. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely return if I get the chance."

"This hotel offers great value for money within the Galaxy complex. There's a shuttle bus service to Galaxy Cristal, Diamond, and Andaz, which makes getting around very convenient. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. We even forgot something after checking out and didn't realize it, but housekeeping called us to inform us and responsibly brought it to the front desk for us. Breakfast is served in the second-floor restaurant; the taste is quite good, and you need to tell the server your choice for the main course, while other items are self-service. There's also an afternoon tea available on the first floor, with food and drinks replenished quickly. Overall, it's a very good experience."

"Not the most convenient location, but there’s shuttle buses provided by the hotel to/from the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, The Venetian and The Parisian. Shuttle buses to the hotels at Cotai ***** only starts from 11AM though, would be great if it can start earlier. The staff also made up for it with their service! They were very helpful in directing us to the bus stop that we were looking for, and helped us to break our note to give us small change so that we can get around Macau by public bus. Ron very kindly upgraded us to a sea view room and we had a very comfortable stay!"

"After a decent bus ride, the check-in staff were very patient and even prepared a tent and amenities for the kids as requested, which we really appreciated. The hotel is super convenient; just take the elevator down to the second floor for the Grand Resort Deck and the Kids' Club, and the first floor leads straight to the mall. Cunha Street is also just a short walk away. My kids stayed for three days and still didn't want to leave. We'll definitely be back!"
