I do not consider this a 3* hotel. the cleanliness in the room was not good as there was dust in the bed headboard that had not been cleaned for a long time. they call themselves a family hotel however there was a group of people in the pool for many hours drinking alcohol and loud music and staff did nothing about it.

Fantastic stay in Sept 23. Rooms are nice and having a kitchenette was a bonus. Hotel is located half a block away from the main busy street in Jaco. Very tranquil and yet close to everything. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great.

Location of hotel was good and close to restaurants and stores. Pool had recently been upgraded and was very nice. Only negative were some dogs at the property that barked excessively.

Had a great stay. Owner/manager Victor was bery friendly. He went table to table each morning at breakfast to check-in with each guest to see how their stay was. Food was good. Staff was also very attentive. Made sure all my needs were met. 5 out of 5

We checked in early & they were able to accommodate
us.
Lots of wildlife, very relaxing atmosphere, very friendly staff! They are willing and able to help book trips.
Pool was nice, but not a hot tub (didn't matter just saying). Comfortable lounge chairs & pool/pool area was very clean. Room was cleaned daily, AC worked great & it had a fridge!
Breakfast was amazing, easy walk to a lot of options but off the Main Street so VERY quiet. And very good value for the price.
Would highly recommend and if we return we will return here.

Great stay at this hotel, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, beautiful gardens. Can’t beat the location. Close to everything but quite and private also. This is our goto place in Jaco.
