San Marco Inn East - Jacksonville

We didn't even check in. We drove through the parking lot. There were people milling around, sitting on cars, playing loud music. It didn't look safe at all. We tried to get our money back for the room, but the property manager refused. I would definitely not recommend this place, unless you want to be kept up all night and have your car broken in to.

Service was very nice and helpful. My room was well kept for a single bed after staying over one night. Definitely recommended for something that’s budget friendly. Thank you San Marco Inn!

My room was very clean and had all what I needed. There was no coffee maker in the room, but I had my own small travel brewer, and that was not a problem. The front desk people were vary nice and helped me with my room accommodation. Good parking, safe surroundings. Great for the price.

Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast is included but not many options. The hotel is close to downtown and many places we visited.

need renovations, walls dirty, blankets had cigarette burns in them, water had horrible smell coming from it. i had to buy bottle water to brush my teeth. looks nothing like pictures presented on website.

Generally clean and renovated but moldy grout and caulk in shower area. Breakfast offering was terrible. Wifi signal was excellent. Parking lot was nice, bright and secure. Staff could’ve been more friendly and cheerful.

I was impressed with the stay as many hotels nearby are much more expensive and feel unsafe. This property was very well lit and felt safe. It was a great stay and great price!

The property is in a quiet area and has free parking. The hotel is very well kept and had a jacuzzi tub in the room and a nice mirror and that you can touch to change different settings. The only thing they could improve on is that the bed was a little too hard for me but for those that like a stiff bed it would be great.
